Acuerdo calendario 2018, en eDreams International Network

Nos alegra anunciar que hemos llegado a un acuerdo con la dirección de la empresa para el calendario laboral 2018 para los trabajadores de eDreams International Network (EIN) – es decir, casi todos aquellos que trabajan en las oficinas de Bailén y Diputació.
En 2018, de acuerdo con el horario de trabajo estándar, trabajaríamos 27 horas más de las establecidas en nuestro convenio colectivo. Para compensar esto, hemos acordado lo siguiente:
- 2 días adicionales de vacaciones en Navidad: 24 y 31 de diciembre.
- 1 día adicional de vacaciones a elegir libremente durante 2018, por lo que el número de días libres en total se incrementa a 24.
- El 11 de octubre, la víspera del festivo 12 de octubre, los miembros del equipo podrán irse a las 15:00H después de trabajar 6 horas. Aquellas personas que no pueden hacer jornada intensiva los viernes tendrán 0,5 días adicionales de libre elección.
El calendario laboral 2018 ya está disponible.

We are happy to announce that we have reached an agreement with the management of the company for the 2018 work calendar for eDreams International Network (EIN) workers – i.e. almost all based in the Bailén and Diputació offices.
In 2018, according to the standard work schedule, we would work 27 more hours than the established by our collective agreement. To compensate this, we have agreed the following:
- 2 additional days of holidays at Christmas time: December 24 and 31.
- 1 additional day of holidays to choose freely during 2018. Thus the number of days off in 2018 will be increased up to 24.
- On October 11, the eve of the October 12 bank holiday, team members will be able to leave at 15:00Hafter working 6 hours. Those team members who cannot work intensive schedule on Fridays will have an additional 0,5 day off.
As of today, the 2018 calendar with bank holidays is already available.
