Quienes somos

En junio celebramos las elecciones sindicales para formar el comité de empresa en BCD Travel y gracias a vosotr@s se formó el comité de empresa con 5 miembros. Nos gustaría presentarnos para que sepáis quienes somos:

La presidenta del comité es Nicole Zarse-du Plooy del departamento T24 EMEA. Nicole ha sido presidenta del comité de empresa durante 20 años en Lufthansa Barcelona.
La secretaria es Norma Arad del departamento Extended Hour Service. Norma ha trabajado durante muchos años en American Express y conoce muy bien el ámbito de las agencias de viajes. Nicole y Norma también formaran el comité de seguridad y salud laboral.
Como vocal tenemos a tres personas:
- Laura Serrano Marin que también ha trabajado antes muchos años en American Express y trabaja en T24 EMEA.
- Nives Ligensa de T24 EMEA, también procedente de American Express.
- Mia Kuusinen de T24 EMEA. Mia ha venido desde Finlandia el año pasado, donde trabajaba en Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Mia Y Laura no viven en Barcelona y colaboraran desde sus casas en Fuengirola y Valencia.

In June we had union elections to form the business committee at BCD Travel and thanks to you, the 5-member company workers council was formed. We would like to introduce ourselves so that you know who we are:

The “president” of the workers council is Nicole Zarse-du Plooy from the T24 EMEA department. Nicole has been president of the works council at Lufthansa Barcelona for 20 years.
The Secretary is Norma Arad of the Extended Hour Service. Norma has worked for many years in American Express and knows the field of travel agencies very well. Nicole and Norma will also form the Safety and Health Committee.

Un camino nada fácil

No os hemos informado antes, porque el comienzo de comunicación y colaboración con la empresa fue algo espeso, ya que solo recibíamos negativas incluso a la hora de solicitar derechos básicos. Por ello, presentamos una instancia ante el Tribunal Laboral de Cataluña (TLC) cuyo acto de conciliación se celebró el día 18 de octubre. El TLC es una institución que ayuda a resolver problemas y conflictos antes de tener que hacer uso del sistema judicial. Estamos muy contentos de poder comunicaros que hemos tenido una reunión muy fructífera en el TLC, de la que salimos con muchos ánimos para empezar nuestro trabajo. Os adjuntamos imagen de las resoluciones de esta conciliación para que los podáis leer.

Nuestra primera reunión oficial con el nuevo jefe de recursos humanos se celebró el viernes día 20 de octubre y hemos visto mucha predisposición para una comunicación y negociación continuada. Para las siguientes reuniones os queremos invitar a que nos hagáis llegar vuestras preguntas, dudas, comentarios, peticiones etc., para que podamos trasladárselos a la empresa. Podéis mandarnos un correo electrónico a la dirección del comité de empresa a [email protected] . Si queréis que vuestro asunto sea tratado de manera anónima y confidencial, por favor hacerlo constar en vuestro correo. No vamos a utilizar nombres en ningún momento a no ser que nos deis vuestro permiso!

Os pedimos vuestra colaboración y confianza para poder empezar un dialogo exitoso entre trabajadoras/es y empresa, ya que nuestra misión es garantizar nuestros derechos como trabajadores. Muchas gracias por tomaros el tiempo de lectura de este comunicado.

We have not communicated with your earlier, because the beginning of our communication and collaboration with the company was very difficult and slow, since we only received denials even at the time of requesting basic rights. For this reason, we filed an official complaint before the Labor Court of Catalonia (Tribunal Laboral de Catalunya, TLC) whose act of conciliation was held on October 18. TLC is an institution that helps to solve problems and conflicts before having to use the judicial system.
