{"id":6838,"date":"2023-10-17T14:04:34","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T12:04:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/towa-pharmaceutical-europe\/?p=6838"},"modified":"2023-10-17T18:22:06","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T16:22:06","slug":"horas-extra-en-infa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/towa-pharmaceutical-europe\/horas-extra-en-infa\/","title":{"rendered":"Horas extra en INFA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La semana pasada INFA plante\u00f3 a algunas compa\u00f1eras\/os venir a trabajar el viernes 13 de octubre (d\u00eda de ajuste de jornada no laborable) ofreciendo a cambio un d\u00eda de descanso en lugar de compensarlo con horas extraordinarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ante este hecho, la secci\u00f3n sindical de CCOO se puso en contacto con P&amp;C para, en primer lugar, trasladar nuestra queja y, en segundo lugar, exigir a P&amp;C que las compa\u00f1eras\/os de INFA puedan venir a hacer horas extraordinarias en caso de necesidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hoy P&amp;C ha traslado a la secci\u00f3n sindical de CCOO el compromiso de que a partir de ahora las compa\u00f1eras\/os de INFA podr\u00e1n venir a trabajar a cambio de horas extraordinarias cuando sea preciso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Por \u00faltimo, lamentamos el episodio vivido hace unos d\u00edas en laboratorio a ra\u00edz de este tema.
