{"id":2911,"date":"2021-03-11T13:42:55","date_gmt":"2021-03-11T12:42:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/towa-pharmaceutical-europe\/?p=2911"},"modified":"2021-03-11T16:06:17","modified_gmt":"2021-03-11T15:06:17","slug":"compensacion-por-horas-extraordinarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/towa-pharmaceutical-europe\/compensacion-por-horas-extraordinarias\/","title":{"rendered":"Compensaci\u00f3n por Horas extraordinarias"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las horas extraordinarias se compensar\u00e1n a raz\u00f3n de 1\u201975 hora ordinaria \/ 2,0 hora festiva o nocturn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los Grupos Profesionales 6 se establece una bolsa de horas extraordinarias, horas compensables en descanso a petici\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolsa de horas semestral de 16 horas de trabajo efectivo que deber\u00e1n ser compensadas en descanso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo se activar\u00e1 a petici\u00f3n expresa de la empresa, y seg\u00fan comunicaci\u00f3n expresa de la empresa a la RLT, dentro de los primeros 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles del semestre en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras la empresa no realice dicha activaci\u00f3n, los colaboradores de gp6 tendr\u00e1n derecho a compensar las horas extraordinarias realizadas econ\u00f3micamente de la siguiente forma: 1\u201975 hora ordinaria \/ 2,0 hora festiva o nocturna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de activarse la bolsa de horas, el descanso generado se disfrutar\u00e1 en el a\u00f1o en curso, salvo las realizadas en el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o natural, que se podr\u00e1n disfrutar durante el primer trimestre del siguiente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las horas extraordinarias se compensar\u00e1n a raz\u00f3n de 1\u201975 hora ordinaria \/ 2,0 hora festiva o nocturn.
