Cuando conste en una norma legal o convencional un periodo determinado, como es el caso del ejercicio de sufragio activo, se estar\u00e1 a lo que \u00e9sta disponga en cuanto a duraci\u00f3n de la ausencia y compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.
