PRESENTACI\u00d3N ERTE<\/h1>\n

En el d\u00eda de ayer por la tarde 16 de Marzo 2020<\/strong>, la direcci\u00f3n de la empresa comunic\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0a esta representaci\u00f3n social,
\nque iba a presentar a la autoridad competente un EXPEDIENTE DE REGULACI\u00d3N DE <\/strong>EMPLEO TEMPORAL<\/strong>
\na la totalidad de la plantilla<\/strong>, por causa de fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n

El motivo<\/strong> de la presentaci\u00f3n de este expediente temporal de empleo por fuerza mayor<\/strong> es derivado de la alerta
\nsanitaria ocasionada por el coronavirus<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la parada de producci\u00f3n<\/strong> de nuestro mayor cliente SEAT<\/strong>,
\ncomo ya informamos ayer nuestro principal cliente tambi\u00e9n ha decido realizar un expediente temporal de empleo por
\nfuerza mayor.<\/p>\n

Esta representaci\u00f3n social est\u00e1 esperando<\/strong> que en el d\u00eda de hoy el Consejo de Ministros<\/strong> promulgue un Real Decreto
\nen materias laborales y sociales que nos deber\u00eda aclarar las dudas generadas<\/strong> por esta situaci\u00f3n excepcional.<\/p>\n
