{"id":2141,"date":"2020-07-08T08:40:31","date_gmt":"2020-07-08T06:40:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoonaturgy.com\/?p=2141"},"modified":"2022-02-02T17:50:20","modified_gmt":"2022-02-02T16:50:20","slug":"nota-informativa-cierre-retribucion-variable-nedgia-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/naturgy\/nota-informativa-cierre-retribucion-variable-nedgia-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Nota Informativa Cierre Retribuci\u00f3n Variable Nedgia 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><span style=\"color: #0070c0;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 16pt\">Compa\u00f1era, Compa\u00f1ero,<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\">La Direcci\u00f3n inform\u00f3 ayer del cierre de la Retribuci\u00f3n Variable de 2019 del Grupo NEDGIA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\">Con respecto a la Direcci\u00f3n de Operaciones toda la plantilla cuyo puesto de trabajo est\u00e1 adscrito a una retribuci\u00f3n variable, han alcanzado objetivos para el devengo de la misma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\">Con respecto a la Direcci\u00f3n de Estrategia y Planificaci\u00f3n Comercial, la Empresa ha comunicado que alrededor de 28 trabajadoras y trabajadores no han alcanzado el 70% de los objetivos propios (OP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\">Desde <\/span><b><span style=\"color: #c00000;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\">CCOO<\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"color: black;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\"> Industria<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: black;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\"> hemos preguntado cuantos, entre estos 28 trabajadores, a fecha 01.01.2020, est\u00e1n en saldo negativo con respecto al variable, al no alcanzarse objetivos y haber percibido el adelanto regulado en convenio de junio, que entendemos debe percibirse si a esa fecha se est\u00e1 cumpliendo el objetivo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: 'FS Emeric';font-size: 14pt\">Con respecto a los objetivos de 2020, la Empresa no ha facilitado informaci\u00f3n al respecto, a pesar de que la plantilla suscrita a esta retribuci\u00f3n sigue trabajando por unos objetivos, que desconoce, y que el convenio fija que debe informarse de los mismo preferiblemente en el mes del a\u00f1o anterior y siempre antes de la finalizaci\u00f3n del primer trimestre del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salud!<\/strong>    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compa\u00f1era, Compa\u00f1ero, La Direcci\u00f3n inform\u00f3 ayer del cierre de la Retribuci\u00f3n Variable de 2019 del Grupo NEDGIA.
