{"id":4517,"date":"2020-05-15T19:44:39","date_gmt":"2020-05-15T17:44:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccooinditex.com\/?p=4517"},"modified":"2022-03-22T16:19:43","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T15:19:43","slug":"descuento-salarial-del-permiso-retribuido-recuperable-en-inet-web","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/inditex\/descuento-salarial-del-permiso-retribuido-recuperable-en-inet-web\/","title":{"rendered":"Descuento salarial del Permiso Retribuido Recuperable en INET Web"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&lt;!<strong>Rellena el formulario en INET Web, \u00fanicamente si quieres que te apliquen el descuento salarial en n\u00f3mina (antes del 22 de mayo).<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El descuento ser\u00e1 proporcional a la jornada contratada.<\/li>\n<li>El descuento se realizara en la\u00a0<strong>n\u00f3mina de julio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Se descontaran:<strong> 16 horas<\/strong> para el personal adscrito a los <strong>turnos de ma\u00f1ana y tarde<\/strong>, y <strong>12 horas<\/strong> para el personal adscrito a los <strong>turnos nocturnos<\/strong> (23:00-07:00\/18:00-03:00)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* El\u00a0<strong>personal temporal<\/strong>\u00a0que finaliza su contrato de trabajo en mayo y junio, que est\u00e9n afectados por la devoluci\u00f3n de horas. Debido a la imposibilidad de recalendar dichas horas y respetar los descansos establecidos,\u00a0<strong>se proceder\u00e1 al descuento salarial<\/strong>\u00a0correspondiente en la liquidaci\u00f3n de haberes o en la n\u00f3mina del mes de mayo, seg\u00fan corresponda.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>El personal que no solicite el descuento en nomina, se le recalendaran:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>16 horas<\/strong> para el personal adscrito a los<strong> turnos de ma\u00f1ana y tarde<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>12 horas<\/strong> para el personal adscrito a los<strong> turnos nocturnos<\/strong> (23:00-07:00\/18:00-03:00)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La devoluci\u00f3n de horas se har\u00e1\u00a0<strong>en d\u00edas de ajuste<\/strong> (en d\u00edas completos o medias jornadas).<\/li>\n<li>La replanificaci\u00f3n de horas se realizara\u00a0<strong>antes del 31 de mayo<\/strong>\u00a0y dichos d\u00edas a recuperar se har\u00e1n efectivos en los calendario\u00a0<strong>a partir del 1 de julio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>El personal con<strong> reducci\u00f3n de jornada por guarda legal<\/strong> que haya optado por la replanificacion, siempre que no tenga <strong>d\u00edas de ajustes<\/strong> se le har\u00e1 al<strong> inicio del periodo de disfrute de acumulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br
