{"id":34578,"date":"2025-11-24T20:43:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T19:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/?p=34578"},"modified":"2025-11-25T10:44:01","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T09:44:01","slug":"ccoo-valora-la-nova-proposta-del-govern-per-a-les-empleades-i-empleats-publics-pero-la-continua-considerant-insuficient","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/noticies\/ccoo-valora-la-nova-proposta-del-govern-per-a-les-empleades-i-empleats-publics-pero-la-continua-considerant-insuficient\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO valora la nova proposta del Govern per a les empleades i empleats p\u00fablics, per\u00f2 la continua considerant insuficient"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019\u00c0rea P\u00fablica del sindicat s\u2019ha reunit aquest dilluns amb el Ministeri per a la Transformaci\u00f3 Digital i de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica durant m\u00e9s de tres hores i les parts s\u2019han empla\u00e7at al pr\u00f2xim dimecres a les 18.00 hores per a continuar amb la negociaci\u00f3.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00c0rea P\u00fablica de CCOO s\u2019ha reunit aquest dilluns durant m\u00e9s de tres hores amb representants del Ministeri per a la Transformaci\u00f3 Digital i de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica a Madrid i vol posar en valor la disposici\u00f3 del Govern a continuar negociant les condicions d\u2019un nou acord pluriennal per a les empleades i empleats p\u00fablics, per\u00f2 rebutja les condicions actuals que planteja l\u2019Executiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nova proposta est\u00e0 en els mateixos marges que es van posar damunt de la taula en la reuni\u00f3 del passat dijous 20 de novembre, per\u00f2 garantint un RDL en aquest mateix mes per a abonar al desembre una pujada salarial del 2,5% del 2025 amb car\u00e0cter retroactiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, s\u2019est\u00e0 en disposici\u00f3 que tota la pujada salarial vagi a fix, sense part variable, la qual cosa suposaria que l\u2019increment proposat de l\u201911% pugui arribar finalment al 11,45% en els quatre anys amb l\u2019arrossegament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal escull es troba en el percentatge de pujada salarial que l\u2019Executiu ofereix per a aquest any 2025 (amb efectes retroactius des de gener) i per a 2026, que seria d\u2019un 4%, alguna cosa que veiem insuficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, CCOO continuar\u00e0 en la negociaci\u00f3 per responsabilitat i perqu\u00e8 confia que hi ha marge per a aconseguir un punt de trobada, encara que no es descarta cap escenari si persisteix l\u2019immobilisme per part del Govern, com reprendre les mobilitzacions i convocar una vaga en tot l\u2019\u00e0mbit p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a poder arribar a un acord, a m\u00e9s, \u00e9s imprescindible que el Govern es comprometi al compliment dels cap\u00edtols pendents d\u2019execuci\u00f3 de l\u2019Acord marc per a una Administraci\u00f3 del Segle XXI, com desbloquejar i recuperar la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial de personal laboral, funcionari i estatutari, la plena implantaci\u00f3 de la jornada de 35 hores i la classificaci\u00f3 professional de personal t\u00e8cnic superior i de grau mitj\u00e0, entre altres assumptes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019\u00c0rea P\u00fablica del sindicat s\u2019ha reunit aquest dilluns amb el Ministeri per a la Transformaci\u00f3 Digital i de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica durant m\u00e9s de tres hores i les parts s\u2019han &#8230;
