{"id":32666,"date":"2025-07-29T08:50:26","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T06:50:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/?p=32666"},"modified":"2025-07-30T18:01:00","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T16:01:00","slug":"ccoo-de-catalunya-reclama-la-retribucio-completa-dels-permisos-de-cures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/noticies\/ccoo-de-catalunya-reclama-la-retribucio-completa-dels-permisos-de-cures\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO de Catalunya reclama la retribuci\u00f3 completa dels permisos de cures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les mesures anunciades pel Govern continuen sent insuficients per aconseguir l\u2019objectiu d\u2019una corresponsabilitat efectiva<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CCOO valora les mesures anunciades avui al Consell de Ministres, destinades a millorar els permisos retribu\u00efts, com un aven\u00e7 en drets i en el compliment de la directiva europea, per\u00f2 denunciem que s\u00f3n insuficients per aconseguir l\u2019objectiu d\u2019una corresponsabilitat efectiva. La norma arriba tard, per imposici\u00f3 de la UE i \u00e9s insuficient. El sindicat exigeix la remuneraci\u00f3 immediata i completa de les 8 setmanes del perm\u00eds parental des de l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 del Reial decret llei 5\/2023, que transposa la Directiva europea 2019\/1158, del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 20 de juny de 2019, relativa a la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida familiar i de la vida professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, el projecte, al qual hem tingut acc\u00e9s, no modifica la regulaci\u00f3 del perm\u00eds parental de l\u2019article 48 bis de l\u2019Estatut dels treballadors, sin\u00f3 que opta per ampliar a 19 setmanes el perm\u00eds per naixement. D\u2019aquestes setmanes, n\u2019hi ha 2 que es podran gaudir en un moment no immediatament posterior al naixement, i sempre abans que el fill o filla faci 8 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pas fet avui suposa un aven\u00e7 innegable en el reconeixement de drets a les persones treballadores. No obstant aix\u00f2, preocupa que es mantinguin setmanes de perm\u00eds sense retribuir, la qual cosa seria contr\u00e0ria a la corresponsabilitat. Est\u00e0 demostrat que els permisos sense remunerar acaben perjudicant les dones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CCOO valora tamb\u00e9 el reconeixement de drets a les fam\u00edlies monoparentals, principalment compostes per dones, en la l\u00ednia del que estipula la jurisprud\u00e8ncia del Tribunal Constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En espera de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi detallada de la publicaci\u00f3 corresponent en el&nbsp;<em>Butllet\u00ed Oficial de l\u2019Estat<\/em>, cal di\u00e0leg social per assegurar que es compleixen totes les garanties i que s\u2019at\u00e9n el conjunt de les persones treballadores, tant del sector p\u00fablic com del privat, aix\u00ed com la negociaci\u00f3 del reglament que regula el gaudi d\u2019aquest perm\u00eds a temps parcial, que \u00e9s un altre dels desenvolupaments pendents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant als permisos per naixement, la seva ampliaci\u00f3 va en la direcci\u00f3 correcta, si b\u00e9 el sindicat recorda que el pacte de govern inclo\u00efa el comprom\u00eds d\u2019arribar fins al reconeixement de les 20 setmanes de perm\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f8111dc92b628ecc6792da706c8ca546\">En els sup\u00f2sits de\u00a0<strong>naixement, adopci\u00f3, de guarda amb finalitat d\u2019adopci\u00f3 i d\u2019acolliment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9c34b01fdc14c07278e38acd3d478b1d is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\" style=\"color:#e61c1c\"><summary>Ampliaci\u00f3 del perm\u00eds de naixament<\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-contrast-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8a424e7de97fecada3e66ec2d6fc6757\">\n<li>Les 16 setmanes actuals\u00a0<strong>passen a ser 17<\/strong>\u00a0sense car\u00e0cter retroactiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-contrast-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d5de8e128e0f3b55275af1e1aeccd980\">\n<li>Les 16 setmanes\u00a0<strong>passen a ser 19:<\/strong>\u00a06 obligat\u00f2ries despr\u00e9s del naixement, 11 fins als 12 mesos i 2 addicionals fins als 8 anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-contrast-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c2f8440b0c5b965c9aba1bc5754f367c\">\n<li><strong>Nom\u00e9s les 2 addicionals tenen efecte retroactiu.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-23da7d3e874592b5e7e0e899d25da4fb is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\" style=\"color:#e61c1c\"><summary>Nou perm\u00eds sol\u00b7licitar a partir de l\u20191 de gener del 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-contrast-2-color has-text-color has-link-color nou perm\u00eds retribu\u00eft,<\/strong>\u00a0per tant 4 setmanes per a nascuts\/des des del 2 d\u2019agost de 2024, fins que faci 8 anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-contrast-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f252f6686c4ca778ada5cc264dd877d3\">\n<li>Per tant: 32 setmanes de les quals 6 obligat\u00f2ries despr\u00e9s del naixement + 22 fins als 12 mesos + 4 fins als 8 anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aa4450ec8051667a8eacd05e6e1bd69c is-layout-flow
