El pas al grup B\u00a0<strong>est\u00e0 signat a \u201cAcuerdo por una Administraci\u00f3n del Siglo XXI\u201d<\/strong>. CCOO exigeix el seu\u00a0<strong>compliment immediat<\/strong>. Ens hem mobilitzat en nombroses ocasions per a exigir la\u00a0<strong>classificaci\u00f3 i les seves retribucions<\/strong>\u00a0immediates, a m\u00e9s dels<strong>\u00a0\u00e0mbits de negociaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0corresponents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creaci\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>grau universitari<\/strong>\u00a0per al col\u00b7lectiu T\u00e8cnic Superior Sanitari. CCOO ha liderat sempre aquesta reivindicaci\u00f3, amb propostes concretes en els seus models de reclassificaci\u00f3 del SNS. Hem aconseguit el\u00a0<strong>comprom\u00eds del Ministeri de Sanitat<\/strong>\u00a0d\u2019obrir el proc\u00e9s de creaci\u00f3 de titulacions universit\u00e0ries (Laboratori, Anatomia Patol\u00f2gica, Imatge M\u00e8dica, Radioter\u00e0pia). CCOO est\u00e0\u00a0<strong>en els \u00e0mbits on es pot desbloquejar<\/strong>: INCUAL, FP, Universitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retribucions dignes i equiparades<\/strong>, actualitzaci\u00f3 dels complements i l\u2019homologaci\u00f3 amb altres categories del mateix grup de classificaci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconeixement legal com a professi\u00f3 Sanit\u00e0ria titulada<\/strong>\u00a0i regulada. El nou Estatut Marc ha de reflectir que el col\u00b7lectiu TSS \u00e9s personal sanitari essencial amb funcions pr\u00f2pies.\u00a0<strong>Actualitzaci\u00f3 de les funcions<\/strong>\u00a0de manera immediata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creaci\u00f3 i implantaci\u00f3 del lloc de\u00a0<strong>coordinaci\u00f3 de personal t\u00e8cnic superior sanitari<\/strong>\u00a0a tots els serveis de salut.\u00a0<strong>Participaci\u00f3 real<\/strong>\u00a0i pres\u00e8ncia a\u00a0<strong>comissions<\/strong>\u00a0de qualitat, seguretat, protocols i gesti\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carrera professional<\/strong>\u00a0amb reconeixement autom\u00e0tic de nivells i\u00a0<strong>model \u00fanic de carrera<\/strong>\u00a0a tot el SNS, amb retribucions clares i sense retards en el seu abonament, incloent l\u2019homologaci\u00f3.\u00a0<strong>M\u00e8rits equiparables<\/strong>\u00a0a nivell nacional, garantint igualtat d\u2019oportunitats a totes les CCAA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jornada real i efectiva de\u00a0<strong>35 hores<\/strong>\u00a0setmanals recollides a l\u2019Estatuto Marco com a jornada m\u00e0xima per a tot el Sistema Nacional de Salut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Concurs de trasllat obert i permanent<\/strong>: Mecanismes estatals transparents i objectius, reconeixement ple de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3 continuada<\/strong>\u00a0gratu\u00efta i acreditada, de qualitat, gratu\u00efta, adaptada al lloc i en horari laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processos de consolidaci\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>amb garanties, i cessament de l\u2019ab\u00fas de la contrataci\u00f3 temporal. Reconversi\u00f3 de tots els contractes de llarga durada en places estructurals.\u00a0<strong>Borses de treball per a TSS<\/strong>, amb criteris comuns i transpar\u00e8ncia que garanteixin la igualtat d\u2019acc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Igualtat, corresponsabilitat i conciliaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0com a eixosestructurals. Establir\u00a0<strong>mesures efectives<\/strong>\u00a0front a bretxes de g\u00e8nere, sostre de vidre i penalitzaci\u00f3 per les cures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protocols de prevenci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0adaptats als riscos espec\u00edfics del col\u00b7lectiu: Radiacions, agents biol\u00f2gics, fatiga postural. Pla de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos psicosocials, lluita contra el burnout. Pla especial per a la prevenci\u00f3 front les agressions i recolzament i defensa del professional agredit. Reconeixement de l\u2019estr\u00e8s, la fatiga i les agressions com a malalties professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jubilaci\u00f3 als 60 anys per coeficients reductors<\/strong>\u00a0que reconeguin la c\u00e0rrega f\u00edsica, emocional i de penositat acumulada, ja demandat per CCOO davant l\u2019Audi\u00e8ncia Nacional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CCOO defensa al col\u00b7lectiu en tots els seus \u00e0mbits:\u00a0<strong>seccions sindicals, meses auton\u00f2miques i estatals<\/strong>. Places cobertes per TSS d\u2019acord a les compet\u00e8ncies del lloc de treball. M\u00e9s plantilla estructural, menys privatitzaci\u00f3. Reconeixement professional per part de la poblaci\u00f3 usu\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unitat i for\u00e7a, no divisi\u00f3 corporativa<\/strong>.
