Aquest increment \u00e9s consolidable i amb efectes retroactius des de l\u20191 de gener de 2024.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per qu\u00e8 s\u2019aplica aquest 0,5%?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest increment deriva de la cl\u00e0usula de revisi\u00f3 salarial inclosa en l\u2019Acord marc per a una Administraci\u00f3 del Segle XXI, signat per CCOO. Estableix que, si la suma de l\u2019IPCA dels anys 2022, 2023 i 2024 supera la pujada salarial fixa acumulada en aquests mateixos anys, s\u2019aplicar\u00e0 aquest augment addicional del 0,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enguany, en complir-se aquesta condici\u00f3, CCOO ha exigit al Govern que no demor\u00e9s m\u00e9s la seva aplicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A qui s\u2019aplica?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019increment del 0,5% s\u2019aplicar\u00e0 a tots els conceptes retributius fixos i complementaris del personal del sector p\u00fablic, incloent-hi el personal estatutari del Sistema Nacional de Salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de CCOO recordem que encara queden per complir compromisos essencials per al personal estatutari del SNS, derivats de l\u2019Acord marc per a una Administraci\u00f3 del Segle XXI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implantaci\u00f3 de la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial amb contracte de relleu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reclassificaci\u00f3 professional real i justa per als nostres T\u00e8cnics Superiors i T\u00e8cnics Mitjans als grups B i C1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mesures eficaces per a acabar amb la temporalitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplicaci\u00f3 efectiva de la jornada laboral de 35 hores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest increment \u00e9s un pas m\u00e9s.
