Els pocs que hi ha estan centrats en els riscos per a l\u2019embar\u00e0s i la lact\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El que s\u00ed que sabem \u00e9s que les dones tenen una susceptibilitat diferent pel que fa als impactes de l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a les subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per especificitats vinculades al sexe:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processos hormonals (cicle menstrual, menopausa\u2026): els t\u00f2xics penetren m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment al cos si s\u00f3n mediats pels estr\u00f2gens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greix corporal i massa muscular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gruix de la pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacitat de detoxificaci\u00f3 (\u00e9s el proc\u00e9s pel qual el cos hum\u00e0 \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d\u2019eliminar toxines).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per especificitats vinculades al g\u00e8nere:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exposici\u00f3 m\u00faltiple a diverses subst\u00e0ncies, per la doble exposici\u00f3: la laboral, en professions molt feminitzades, i perqu\u00e8 continuen ocupant-se majorit\u00e0riament de les tasques dom\u00e8stiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toxicitat modulada per l\u2019estil de vida (h\u00e0bits nutricionals, exercici, cosm\u00e8tics, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/instagram_sl_0320242-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Instagram Sl 0320242\" class=\"wp-image-147689\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Els agents endocrins s\u00f3n presents en molts sectors feminitzats:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neteja d\u2019edificis i locals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ftalats (BBP, DBP, DEHP\u2026): detergents de roba, desinfectants, sabons, ambientadors, biocides\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alquifenols: detergents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triclosan: sabons i detergents,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comer\u00e7:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiquets de supermercats amb bisfenol A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Venda d\u2019envasos i productes que continguin disruptors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Perruqueria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parabens: xamp\u00fas, condicionadors, locions, cremes\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triclosan: sabons i detergents, cosm\u00e8tics\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Almescos: ambientadors, cosm\u00e8tics, productes d\u2019higiene\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9, per\u00f2, els trobem en molts altres sectors, com ara la ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica (pintures, dissolvents, vernissos, etc.) la construcci\u00f3 8en els materials utilitzats com a retardants de flama), el sector farmac\u00e8utic (es poden trobar coma excipients o biocides), l\u2019agricultura i la jardinera (fungicides, pesticides, etc.) o el sector cosm\u00e8tics (com a additius antioxidants i en cremes solars).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/instagram_sl_0320243-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Instagram Sl 0320243\" class=\"wp-image-147690\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Drets de les persones treballadores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No estar exposades a disruptors endocrins. L\u2019empresa ha d\u2019evitar aquesta exposici\u00f3, substituint la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019un producte qu\u00edmic perill\u00f3s per un altre que no ho sigui.
