{"id":32519,"date":"2024-12-19T14:07:14","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T13:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/?p=32519"},"modified":"2025-01-23T14:17:17","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T13:17:17","slug":"acord-per-a-la-jubilacio-parcial-anticipada-del-personal-funcionari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/noticies\/acord-per-a-la-jubilacio-parcial-anticipada-del-personal-funcionari\/","title":{"rendered":"Acord per a la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial anticipada del personal funcionari"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El personal funcionari som m\u00e9s a prop de gaudir del dret a la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial anticipada, despr\u00e9s de la signatura de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/doc-firma-jubilacion-parcial-1.pdf\"> l\u2019acord entre CCOO i UGT i el ministre per a la Transformaci\u00f3 Digital i de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica, \u00d3scar L\u00f3pez.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es desenvolupa, aix\u00ed, aquesta mat\u00e8ria de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/acuerdo-marco-para-nuna-administracion-del-siglo-xxi.pdf\"> l\u2019acord marc<\/a> signat pels dos sindicats a l\u2019octubre del 2022, i que s\u2019ha endarrerit a causa de la situaci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica d\u2019aquests anys. Amb la seva signatura, el Govern es compromet a modificar l\u2019article 76 del <a>TREBEP<\/a><a href=\"#_msocom_1\"> <\/a><a href=\"#_msocom_1\">(Llei del text ref\u00f3s de l\u2019estatut b\u00e0sic del treballador p\u00fablic<\/a>)&nbsp; per recuperar la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial anticipada del personal funcionari. Aquest dret ja estava reconegut per llei, encara que mai no va ser desenvolupat, i va ser eliminat pel Govern del Partit Popular amb les retallades del 2012. Per poder-se aplicar, hem acordat que el Govern presentar\u00e0 una iniciativa legislativa per modificar la Llei general de la Seguretat Social i la Llei de classes passives. Per dur a terme aquesta modificaci\u00f3 legislativa, cal el comprom\u00eds dels grups parlamentaris en la seva tramitaci\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2, fem una crida a aquests grups, perqu\u00e8 es comprometin a respectar l\u2019acord i perqu\u00e8 aquest es pugui aplicar en el m\u00ednim temps possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a>A aquesta modalitat de jubilaci\u00f3, s\u2019hi podr\u00e0 acollir tot el personal funcionari que compleixi les condicions establertes a la normativa general de jubilaci\u00f3 parcial, que est\u00e0 a punt de millorar-se gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019acord del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/acuerdo-pensiones-julio-2024.pdf\"> 31 de juliol del 2024 a la Mesa del Di\u00e0leg Social<\/a>. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019hi podr\u00e0 acollir el personal de classes passives, que continuar\u00e0 mantenint el dret a la jubilaci\u00f3 anticipada actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa al relleu, i a causa de la peculiaritat de les administracions p\u00fabliques, el Govern es compromet a incloure la pla\u00e7a corresponent a l\u2019oferta d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de l\u2019any en qu\u00e8 s\u2019exerceixi el dret a la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial. Mentre es resolgui aquesta adjudicaci\u00f3, la reducci\u00f3 de jornada es cobrir\u00e0 pels mitjans habituals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El treball rigor\u00f3s i constant de CCOO continuar\u00e0 a la Comissi\u00f3 de Seguiment de l\u2019acord per garantir l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest dret al m\u00e9s aviat possible.
