El juny de 2021 vam explicar ja els nostres objectius, centrats a posar fi per sempre a l\u2019elevad\u00edssima temporalitat de les nostres administracions, cosa que afecta molt negativament totes les treballadores que no disposen de la seguretat d\u2019una feina indefinida, d\u2019una banda, i al fet d\u2019aconseguir que els processos selectius disposin de totes les garanties jur\u00eddiques i que valorin al m\u00e0xim l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes persones durant els anys que han estat garantint un servei p\u00fablic, per aconseguir la seva estabilitzaci\u00f3 de manera definitiva, de l\u2019altra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creiem que aquests objectius s\u2019han complert amb els nostres acords sindicals, que han estabilitzat m\u00e9s de 44.000 persones a la Generalitat i m\u00e9s de 15.000 a les administracions locals que es trobaven en ab\u00fas de temporalitat.
