{"id":32025,"date":"2023-05-12T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/?p=32025"},"modified":"2023-05-24T18:19:03","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T16:19:03","slug":"ccoo-us-explica-laenc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/noticies\/ccoo-us-explica-laenc\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO us explica l\u2019AENC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hem aconseguit un increment salarial de fins al 13,57 % que hem de traslladar al teu conveni col\u00b7lectiu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019AENC, (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.es\/d44899d601a725e92eca4a892f7094ce000001.pdf\">Acuerdo para el Empleo y la Negociaci\u00f3n Colectiva<\/a>), \u00e9s un acord general al qual arriben els sindicats i les patronals a escala estatal. Entre d\u2019altres coses&nbsp;<strong>acorda l\u2019augment salarial<\/strong>&nbsp;que tant els representants dels treballadors i treballadores com els dels empresaris i empres\u00e0ries es comprometen a aplicar a les meses de negociaci\u00f3 dels convenis col\u00b7lectius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La principal mesura de l\u2019acord al voltant dels salaris \u00e9s&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019augment d\u2019un m\u00ednim del 10,33 % (del 2023 al 2025) que podr\u00e0 arribar fins al 13,57 %<\/strong>&nbsp;gr\u00e0cies a un increment fix cada any i a una cl\u00e0usula de revisi\u00f3 salarial addicional en funci\u00f3 de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels preus, distribu\u00efda de la manera seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 % m\u00ednim + 1 % per al 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 % m\u00ednim + 1 % per al 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 % m\u00ednim + 1 % per al 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A banda de la millora dels salaris, l\u2019AENC tamb\u00e9 recull altres mesures ralcionades amb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El per\u00edode de prova, els contractes de durada determinada, els contractes fixos-discontinus, els contractes a temps parcial i, en especial, la contractaci\u00f3 de joves i de persones en proc\u00e9s de requalificaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La jubilaci\u00f3 parcial i flexible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La formaci\u00f3 i la qualificaci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La incapacitat temporal derivada de conting\u00e8ncies comunes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La seguretat i la salut en el treball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El teletreball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La desconnexi\u00f3 digital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La igualtat entre dones i homes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les persones amb discapacitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La diversitat i les persones LGTBI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les situacions de viol\u00e8ncia sexual i de g\u00e8nere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La transici\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica, digital i ecol\u00f2gica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretari general Unai Sordo ha volgut sortir al pas d&#8217;algunes afirmacions que s&#8217;estan realitzant sobre el V Acord per a l&#8217;Ocupaci\u00f3 i la Negociaci\u00f3 Col\u00b7lectiva (AENC) signat pel sindicat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unai Sordo advertia que<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<cite>\u201cA Espanya no s&#8217;ha donat cap refor\u00e7 al paper de les m\u00fatues en el control de les baixes m\u00e8diques per conting\u00e8ncies comunes. \u00c9s mentida, \u00e9s una faula i una manipulaci\u00f3 dels acords\u201d. <br>La circumst\u00e0ncia \u00e9s aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 segueix exactament igual que estava abans de l&#8217;acord del AENC. L&#8217;\u00fanica cosa pactada sobre aquest tema amb la patronal \u00e9s instar les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes que subscriguin acords amb les m\u00fatues per a facilitar la utilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests recursos, que s\u00f3n recursos la Seguretat Social, en els seus processos de rehabilitaci\u00f3 de lesions traumatol\u00f2giques de la gent.
