{"id":31881,"date":"2023-04-01T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-01T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/?p=31881"},"modified":"2023-04-05T18:13:55","modified_gmt":"2023-04-05T16:13:55","slug":"comunicats-de-baixa-i-alta-medica-personal-ics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/noticies\/comunicats-de-baixa-i-alta-medica-personal-ics\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicats de baixa i alta m\u00e8dica personal ICS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A partir de l\u20191 d\u2019abril de 2023, el personal ja no t\u00e9 l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019entregar als serveis de recursos humans dels seus departaments els comunicats de baixa i alta m\u00e8dica (31.03.23)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comunicats de baixa i alta m\u00e8dica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A partir de l\u20191 d\u2019abril de 2023, el personal ja no t\u00e9 l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019entregar als serveis de recursos humans dels departaments els comunicats de baixa i alta m\u00e8dica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del pr\u00f2xim 1 d\u2019abril, s\u2019agilitzen els tr\u00e0mits i s\u2019eliminen obligacions en la gesti\u00f3 i control dels processos d\u2019incapacitat temporal com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l\u2019entrada en vigor del Reial decret 1060\/2022, del 27 de desembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest sentit, pel que fa als comunicats m\u00e8dics de baixes i altes, nom\u00e9s s\u2019entregar\u00e0 una c\u00f2pia a la persona treballadora per la qual cosa desapareix l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019entregar la segona c\u00f2pia i de qu\u00e8 la persona treballadora l\u2019entregui als serveis de recursos humans dels Departaments de la Generalitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els serveis p\u00fablics de salut o, en el seu cas, si s\u2019escau, les m\u00fatues o empreses col\u00b7laboradores, trametran de manera immediata a l\u2019Institut Nacional de Salut, directament i de manera telem\u00e0tica, les dades dels comunicats m\u00e8dics de baixa, confirmaci\u00f3 i alta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sense perjudici de l\u2019anterior, recordeu que <strong>en cas de no poder treballar per motius de salut o per qualsevol altre motiu, ho heu de comunicar el m\u00e9s aviat possible al cap de la vostra unitat o b\u00e9 al superior jer\u00e0rquic immediat, pel mitj\u00e0 que us sigui possible, per tal de garantir en tot moment la correcta organitzaci\u00f3 i\/o prestaci\u00f3 dels serveis p\u00fablics<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/200\/2023\/04\/ccoo-instruccio-1_2023-comunicacio-absencies-personal-ics.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Incrustaci\u00f3 del fitxer ccoo-instruccio-1_2023-comunicacio-absencies-personal-ics.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-9a77cb55-bd5e-47c3-96a6-bea47af814c1\" href=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/200\/2023\/04\/ccoo-instruccio-1_2023-comunicacio-absencies-personal-ics.pdf\">ccoo-instruccio-1_2023-comunicacio-absencies-personal-ics<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ics\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/200\/2023\/04\/ccoo-instruccio-1_2023-comunicacio-absencies-personal-ics.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-9a77cb55-bd5e-47c3-96a6-bea47af814c1\">Baixa<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de l\u20191 d\u2019abril de 2023, el personal ja no t\u00e9 l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019entregar als serveis de recursos humans dels seus departaments els comunicats de baixa i alta m\u00e8dica (31.03.23) &#8230;
