El ventall de possibles danys a la salut \u00e9s ampli i variat. Moltes vegades es tracta de danys greus \u2014encara que els seus efectes nom\u00e9s es produeixin a llarg termini\u2014 que porten moltes treballadores a prendre de manera habitual f\u00e0rmacs i a automedicar-se per poder continuar treballant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/targeta-1-riscos-laborals-sector-residencies.jpg\" alt=\"Targeta 1 Riscos Laborals Sector Residencies\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Aquest \u00e9s un sector molt feminitzat en el qual les treballadores pateixen diferents malalties produ\u00efdes pel treball. Tot i la seva infranotificaci\u00f3, les malalties professionals continuen tenint rostre de dona.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/targeta-2-riscos-laborals-sector-residencies.jpg\" alt=\"Targeta 2 Riscos Laborals Sector Residencies\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les condicions de treball prec\u00e0ries com a factor de risc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Riscos ergon\u00f2mics (postures for\u00e7ades, moviments repetitius, mobilitzacions manuals de persones, etc.) sense mesures preventives, com ara grues adequades i\/o material (transfer\u00e8ncia, llen\u00e7ols lliscants\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organitzaci\u00f3 del treball deficient generada per unes r\u00e0tios inadequades per al c\u00e0lcul del personal necessari (ritmes i c\u00e0rregues de treball excessius, torns i nocturnitat, jornades prolongades, descansos insuficients, viol\u00e8ncia exercida per persones usu\u00e0ries o familiars, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inaplicaci\u00f3 o aplicaci\u00f3 inefica\u00e7 de protocols contra els riscos biol\u00f2gics i els productes qu\u00edmics (lleixius, amon\u00edac, desinfectants\u2026), de mesures preventives i dels equips de protecci\u00f3 individuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riscos de seguretat per equips de treball en mal estat o ritmes molt elevats (caigudes, talls, atrapaments amb els elements m\u00f2bils de les m\u00e0quines, alteracions osteomusculars (tendons, columna, compressi\u00f3 de nervis, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malalties produ\u00efdes per inhalaci\u00f3 o contacte amb productes qu\u00edmics, virus, bacteris, par\u00e0sits, fongs, sang o fluids biol\u00f2gics d\u2019altres persones (sarna, hepatitis, VIH, verola, grip, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alteracions del son, estr\u00e8s, ansietat, esgotament f\u00edsic i psicol\u00f2gic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00das inadequat de f\u00e0rmacs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obligacions empresarials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fer avaluacions de riscos espec\u00edfiques i implementar les mesures preventives adequades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dotar d\u2019equips de treball i de protecci\u00f3 (guants, mascaretes, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Netejar els uniformes de les treballadores i facilitar-los dues taquilles independents: una per a la roba de treball i una per a la roba de carrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establir una organitzaci\u00f3 del treball saludable, amb uns ritmes de treball i uns horaris adequats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir a les treballadores un descans, dins de la jornada laboral, de 10 minuts per a la seva neteja personal abans del dinar i 10 minuts m\u00e9s abans de sortir de la feina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formar i informar les persones treballadores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitar una protecci\u00f3 especial de la salut de les dones embarassades i de les persones treballadores que puguin ser especialment sensibles als riscos laborals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oferir una vigil\u00e0ncia de la salut adequada (ex\u00e0mens m\u00e8dics, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigar els accidents de treball i les malalties professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\"
