Aquest nou pla \u00e9s fruit de <strong>dos anys de negociaci\u00f3 i treball continuat de CCOO<\/strong> i incorpora <strong>millores concretes que impacten directament en les condicions laborals, la conciliaci\u00f3 i la salut de les treballadores de Fundesplai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CCOO <\/strong>ha signat el <strong>III Pla d\u2019Igualtat de la Fundaci\u00f3 Catalana de l\u2019Esplai<\/strong>, aprovat a la Comissi\u00f3 Negociadora el passat 23 de desembre de 2025. Aquest nou pla \u00e9s fruit de <strong>dos anys de negociaci\u00f3 i treball continuat de CCOO<\/strong> i incorpora <strong>millores concretes que impacten directament en les condicions laborals, la conciliaci\u00f3 i la salut de les treballadores de Fundesplai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pla parteix d\u2019una <strong>diagnosi rigorosa<\/strong> que posa de manifest que les dones continuen assumint majorit\u00e0riament les cures i que determinades necessitats vinculades a la salut i al cicle vital femen\u00ed han estat tradicionalment invisibilitzades en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral. Davant d\u2019aquesta realitat, el III Pla d\u2019Igualtat introdueix <strong>mesures <\/strong><strong>espec\u00edfiques <\/strong>impulsades i defensades per <strong>CCOO,&nbsp; que van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del conveni col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong>,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-center\" style=\"grid-template-columns:15% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"329\" height=\"329\" class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>En mat\u00e8ria de <strong><em>CONCILIACI\u00d3<\/em><\/strong>, el pla incorpora per primera vegada un <strong>perm\u00eds retribu\u00eft de 4 hores anuals per assistir a les tutories escolars de filles i fills<\/strong>, facilitant la participaci\u00f3 en el seguiment educatiu sense haver de recuperar hores ni rec\u00f3rrer a altres permisos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 15%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Pel que fa a la <strong><em>CRIAN\u00c7A<\/em><\/strong>, s\u2019estableix una <strong>ampliaci\u00f3 del perm\u00eds de lact\u00e0ncia acumulada en 5 dies, arribant fins a 35 dies naturals<\/strong> en cas de compactaci\u00f3, millorant de manera clara el que preveu el Conveni del Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural de Catalunya i suposant un guany real de temps en els primers mesos despr\u00e9s del naixement o adopci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"329\" height=\"329\" class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>En relaci\u00f3 a les <strong><em>CURES<\/em><\/strong>, refor\u00e7a de manera significativa els <strong>permisos vinculats a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica i a les cures de familiars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019amplia fins a <strong>15 hores anuals<\/strong> (o la part proporcional segons la jornada i el temps anual treballat) el perm\u00eds retribu\u00eft per acompanyar al metge <strong>familiars de primer grau amb una discapacitat reconeguda del 33% o superior<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019amplia <strong>fins a 15 hores anuals no proporcionals<\/strong> el perm\u00eds per acompanyar familiars de primer grau en <strong>tractaments oncol\u00f2gics o en proves diagn\u00f2stiques o de control invasives<\/strong>, garantint la confidencialitat i el suport a les persones treballadores afectades.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-center\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 15%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>En l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la <strong><em>SALUT<\/em><\/strong>, el pla recull tamb\u00e9 el dret a una <strong>reincorporaci\u00f3 progressiva despr\u00e9s d\u2019un tractament oncol\u00f2gic<\/strong> per al personal amb m\u00e9s del 75% de jornada, amb una reincorporaci\u00f3 inicial del <strong>50% de la jornada durant les dues primeres setmanes<\/strong>, facilitant una tornada al treball adaptada a la situaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica i de recuperaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Respecte a la <strong><em>FORMACI\u00d3 <\/em><\/strong>de les persones treballadores s\u2019inclour\u00e0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una nova <strong>formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica sobre els efectes de la perimenopausa i el climateri en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral<\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar la comprensi\u00f3, el suport i la gesti\u00f3 dels equips davant d\u2019una realitat que afecta moltes dones i que sovint ha estat ignorada. Aquesta formaci\u00f3 permetr\u00e0 visibilitzar l\u2019impacte d\u2019aquesta etapa vital en la salut i el benestar de les treballadores i contribuir\u00e0 a generar entorns de treball m\u00e9s respectuosos i inclusius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formaci\u00f3 en <strong>igualtat i prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019assetjament sexual i per raons de g\u00e8nere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un m\u00f2dul de <strong>formaci\u00f3 per a comandaments intermedis i direcci\u00f3 sobre igualtat i gesti\u00f3 d\u2019equips<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-center\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 15%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Per fer garantir l\u2019<strong><em>APLICACI\u00d3<\/em><\/strong> de totes aquestes mesures de manera justa i homog\u00e8nia, el Pla preveu l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019una <strong>guia de criteris i bones pr\u00e0ctiques<\/strong> que clarifiqui com s\u2019han de sol\u00b7licitar i aplicar els permisos i les mesures de conciliaci\u00f3, evitant interpretacions arbitr\u00e0ries i desigualtats entre serveis; aix\u00ed com l<strong>\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 i seguiment de totes les mesures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"330\" height=\"329\" src=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2026\/01\/Aplicacio_rodo.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-92754 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2026\/01\/Aplicacio_rodo.png 330w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2026\/01\/Aplicacio_rodo-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2026\/01\/Aplicacio_rodo-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de <strong>CCOO <\/strong>volem destacar que aquest III Pla d\u2019Igualtat \u00e9s <strong>fruit directe de la implicaci\u00f3 constant del nostre sindicat <\/strong>a la Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Igualtat, amb una participaci\u00f3 activa i propostes concretes en totes les fases del proc\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CCOO <\/strong>valora positivament la signatura d\u2019aquest III Pla d\u2019Igualtat, per\u00f2 recorda que <strong>la igualtat i la millora de les condicions laborals no es queden en el paper<\/strong>.
