{"id":89459,"date":"2024-11-19T12:19:36","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T11:19:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/?p=89459"},"modified":"2024-11-19T12:19:37","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T11:19:37","slug":"sinicia-lestudi-de-riscos-psicosocials-a-fundesplai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/sinicia-lestudi-de-riscos-psicosocials-a-fundesplai\/","title":{"rendered":"S&#8217;inicia l&#8217;Estudi de Riscos Psicosocials a Fundesplai"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Des del Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut de Fundesplai, \u00f2rgan paritari de participaci\u00f3 i control de tot all\u00f2 relacionat amb la salut laboral a l&#8217;empresa, s&#8217;ha iniciat un <strong>Estudi del Riscos Psicosocials<\/strong> a l&#8217;empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Que son els Riscos Psicosocials?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la prevenci\u00f3 dels riscos laborals (PRL),\u00a0s\u00f3n les <strong>condicions de trebal<\/strong>l derivades de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de la feina i del seu ambient social, i sobre les quals hi ha investigacions cient\u00edfiques que demostren que poden provocar danys a la salut de les persones treballadores. Aquests riscos s\u00f3n presents en tots els sectors econ\u00f2mics i no tenen a veure amb la personalitat de les persones; <strong>el seu origen est\u00e0 en la feina<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Algunes exposicions a Riscos Psicosocials que pots trobar al teu lloc de treball:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">C\u00e0rrega de treball excessiva i\/o pressi\u00f3 de temps. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Inestabilitat laboral, salaris baixos, falta de possibilitats per a la promoci\u00f3 i falta de recompenses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Falta d\u2019autonomia en la manera de treballar o en els descansos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Demandes o instruccions contradict\u00f2ries. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Tasques en solitari i falta de suport dels superiors i\/o dels companys i companyes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Viol\u00e8ncia externa, f\u00edsica, psicol\u00f2gica i\/o verbal per part de clients, alumnes, usuaris o pacients. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Tracte injust o arbitrari, falta de transpar\u00e8ncia en les decisions, ab\u00fas d\u2019autoritat o assetjament laboral. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Extensi\u00f3 de jornada involunt\u00e0ria o for\u00e7ada, treball per torns durant el cap de setmana o la nit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dificultats per compatibilitzar la vida laboral, familiar i social. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Haver de fer tasques que no pertanyen al grup o nivell professional de la persona treballadora o realitzar tasques rutin\u00e0ries. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Situacions d\u2019esfor\u00e7 intens d\u2019atenci\u00f3 o d\u2019alt impacte emocional o que suposen un conflicte \u00e8tic o moral. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Falta de participaci\u00f3 en les decisions, no poder opinar o realitzar canvis imprevistos de torns, d\u2019horaris, de tasques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Que pret\u00e9n l&#8217;Estudi de Riscos Psicosocials?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de riscos psicosocials \u00e9s un <strong>instrument de mesura i valoraci\u00f3<\/strong> que permet <strong>recollir informaci\u00f3 per a dur a terme l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi<\/strong> de les condicions de treball des de la perspectiva de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi emocional, amb un m\u00e8tode avalat cient\u00edficament.\u00a0 La seva finalitat \u00e9s recavar informaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 als riscos d&#8217;origen psicosocial a l\u2019empresa per a poder <strong>proposar i implantar mesures preventives<\/strong> que puguin evitar o disminuir aquests riscos i els efectes negatius que tenen sobre la salut.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Quin paper tenim les persones treballadores?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em><strong>Les persones treballadores participen de manera volunt\u00e0ria, mitjan\u00e7ant un q\u00fcestionari an\u00f2nim i confidencial<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per valorar els riscos s&#8217;utilitza un q\u00fcestionari en l\u00ednia de valoraci\u00f3 de factors psicosocials amb el m\u00e8tode FPSICO 4.1, que consta de <strong>44 preguntes<\/strong>, algunes d&#8217;elles m\u00faltiples , que ens permeten detectar els aspectes organitzatius que poden ser millorats, i identifica les condicions laborals que poden generar riscos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>S\u00f3n q\u00fcestionaris an\u00f2nims que garanteixen la confidencialitat de les respostes.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cal que participem de manera massiva, doncs en funci\u00f3 de les respostes es podran plantejar mesures correctores  per reduir i controlar el riscos<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Quan rebrem l&#8217;acc\u00e9s al q\u00fcestionari?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&#8217;estudi es far\u00e0 sectorialment (Escoles Bressol, Restauraci\u00f3, Lleure Educatiu, Suport NESE, Joves i Acci\u00f3 Social, Natura, Estiu i Estructura i Centre Esplai), des de finals de novembre de 2024 fins juliol de 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-x-large-font-size wp-elements-8a283abb9d6f5a7dc00b804badb82f0c\" style=\"color:#d42e12\">NO T&#8217;HO PENSIS, PARTICIPA!!!
