{"id":89174,"date":"2023-06-05T15:31:09","date_gmt":"2023-06-05T13:31:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/?p=89174"},"modified":"2023-07-04T15:46:37","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T13:46:37","slug":"ccoo-abandona-totes-les-comissions-de-treball-amb-fundesplai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/ccoo-abandona-totes-les-comissions-de-treball-amb-fundesplai\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO abandona totes les Comissions de Treball amb Fundesplai"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Davant la manca de comprom\u00eds de l&#8217;entitat, CCOO ha dit PROU!!!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"839\" height=\"566\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2023\/07\/prou.png\" alt=\"Prou\" class=\"wp-image-89175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2023\/07\/prou.png 839w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2023\/07\/prou-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2023\/07\/prou-768x518.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 839px) 100vw, 839px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-content-justification-stretch is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-b16ad781 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>CCOO en ser el sindicat majoritari del Comit\u00e8 d&#8217;Empresa<\/strong>, ha liderat fins ara la part sindical de les diferents comissions, formades cadascuna per 6 delegades del Comit\u00e8 d&#8217;Empresa (4 CCOO, 1 USOC i 1 UGT) i 6 representants de l&#8217;entitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La secci\u00f3 sindical de CCOO, hem decidit que les nostres delegades amb presencia a la Comissi\u00f3 d&#8217;Igualtat, el Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut i la Comissi\u00f3 de Formaci\u00f3, <strong>deixin d&#8217;assistir a les mateixes<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El motiu d&#8217;aquesta decisi\u00f3 \u00e9s la <strong>manca de comprom\u00eds<\/strong> de l&#8217;entitat envers al funcionament de les diferents comissions, l&#8217;<strong>incompliment constant<\/strong> davant les tasques a realitzar i l&#8217;<strong>abs\u00e8ncia repetida<\/strong> i sense justificar de la majoria dels representants de l&#8217;entitat a les diferents comissions de treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara mateix, a cadascuna de les diferents comissions s&#8217;estava intentant avan\u00e7ar en diferents tasques,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-ek-indent\" style=\"--ek-indent:40px\">Al Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut s&#8217;estava treballant en la preparaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;<strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 de Riscos Psicosocials<\/strong> de les persones treballadores, els riscos psicosocials s\u00f3n  aquells aspectes del disseny, l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i la direcci\u00f3 del treball i del seu entorn social que poden causar danys ps\u00edquics o f\u00edsics en la salut de les treballadores. La seva avaluaci\u00f3, an\u00e0lisis i implementaci\u00f3 de mesures correctores s\u00f3n obligat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-ek-indent\" style=\"--ek-indent:40px\">A la Comissi\u00f3 d&#8217;igualtat s&#8217;estava treballant en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del nou <strong>Pla d&#8217;Igualtat<\/strong> de l&#8217;entitat, es a dir, un conjunt ordenat de mesures, adoptades despr\u00e9s de fer un diagn\u00f2stic de situaci\u00f3, tendents a assolir la igualtat de tracte i d&#8217;oportunitats entre dones i homes i a eliminar la discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de sexe a l&#8217;empresa. Tamb\u00e9 ten\u00edem a sobre de la taula la revisi\u00f3 del <strong>Protocol d&#8217;Assetjament Sexual<\/strong> com eina de prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019assetjament sexual i l\u2019assetjament per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-ek-indent\" style=\"--ek-indent:40px\">A la Comissi\u00f3 de Formaci\u00f3 s&#8217;estava treballant en el seguiment, avaluaci\u00f3 i millora del <strong>Pla de Formaci\u00f3<\/strong>,  tant de la detecci\u00f3 de necessitats formatives per part de les treballadores, com de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de les mateixes i la seva concreci\u00f3 en accions formatives que ajudin en la millora de coneixements, habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies de les treballadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Des de CCOO denunciem que malgrat la import\u00e0ncia cabdal d&#8217;aquests espais de treball compartits, i el lideratge mantingut fins ara per les nostres delegades i delegats del Comit\u00e8 d&#8217;Empresa, no tornarem a assistir-hi fins que l&#8217;Entitat no actu\u00ef de forma responsable, donant resposta als seus compromisos de treball i garantint una presencia suficient de la seva representaci\u00f3 que permeti avan\u00e7ar en la feina.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Davant la manca de comprom\u00eds de l&#8217;entitat, CCOO ha dit PROU!!!
