Aquest perm\u00eds es pot compactar deixant la llei a la negociaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva la manera de fer-ho.<\/p>\n<p>En el 2n. Conveni del Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural de Catalunya es recull la possibilitat de compactar el perm\u00eds per\u00f2 no estableix la manera de calcular la durada fet que en un sector com el nostre, amb jornades tan diferents, porta a confusi\u00f3 a l&#8217;hora de fer-ho.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 des de CCOO mitjan\u00e7ant el comit\u00e8 vam demanar a la ger\u00e8ncia establir una pauta aplicable a tots els treballadors i treballadores de l&#8217;entitat (recordeu que el perm\u00eds tamb\u00e9 el pot gaudir el pare).
