Companyes i companys, un any m\u00e9s a l’arribar el setembre totes les vetlladores i vetlladors esperen amb preocupaci\u00f3 com quedar\u00e0 la seva jornada laboral. <\/span><\/p>\n

Aix\u00f2 com sempre \u00e9s degut a que tant el Departament d’Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat com el Consorci d’Educaci\u00f3 de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona donen i treuen hores sense tenir en comte la realitat de les treballadores. Aquestes persones en alguns casos han de treballar en m\u00e9s d’un centre educatiu per aconseguir tenir un sou m\u00ednimament digne.<\/span><\/p>\n

Per aquest motiu, cada any els delegats de CCOO <\/span><\/b>seiem a negociar amb l’entitat la manera com paliar aquesta p\u00e8rdua d’hores dins del que estableix l’article 41 de l’estatut dels treballadors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Us adjuntem el document final signat per totes les parts.<\/span><\/p>\n
