TRIMESTRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Bon dia,<br \/>El curs escolar ha acabat i tot i que encara hi ha serveis que segueixen treballant (Escoles Bressol, Casals, \u00c0pats Socials, Estructura, Cases de Col\u00f2nies,&#8230;) \u00e9s bon moment per fer balan\u00e7 de la feina que des de CCOO hem fet al llarg d&#8217;aquest \u00faltim trimestre.<br \/>A continuaci\u00f3 pots llegir les principals tasques que hem realitzat en aquest per\u00edode.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">Visites als centres<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Al llarg d\u2019aquest 3r trimestre<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\"> hem comen\u00e7at a reprendre les visites als centres i d\u2019aquesta manera ens podem veure les cares de nou (malgrat les mascaretes) i podem xerrar una estona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">En aquestes visites us deixem informaci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 parlem amb tot l\u2019equip o amb les coordinadores per saber de&nbsp;primera m\u00e0 com esteu i com heu viscut tot aquest per\u00edode.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Per tot el personal d\u2019estructura, tamb\u00e9 us fem saber que hem repr\u00e8s la pres\u00e8ncia a Centre Esplai. Per ara hi som els dimarts o dimecres i ens trobareu a la Sala Lliri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">En paral\u00b7lel seguim assessorant i reunint-nos amb&nbsp;treballadors i treballadores dels diferents serveis que t\u00e9 Fundesplai i que ens contacten per iniciativa pr\u00f2pia per resoldre dubtes o solucionar conflictes laborals.<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2021\/07\/ccoo-2bbanderas2.jpg\" style=\"clear: right;float: right;margin-bottom: 1em;margin-left: 1em\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"801\" data-original-width=\"1200\" height=\"134\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundesplai\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/168\/2021\/07\/ccoo-2bbanderas2-300x200.jpg\" width=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span lang=\"es\">&nbsp;<span><a name='more'><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">Riscos Psicosocials<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Segons la UPC <\/span><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-style: italic\">Els&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-style: italic;font-weight: bold\">factors de risc psicosocial<\/span><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-style: italic\">&nbsp;s\u00f3n aquelles condicions de l\u2019entorn laboral que estan&nbsp;relacionades amb l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, el contingut del treball i la realitzaci\u00f3 de la tasca i que poden afectar a la salut del personal. Per tant, aquests factors poden ser&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-style: italic;font-weight: bold\">les&nbsp;causes<\/span><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-style: italic\">&nbsp;precursores de <b>malalties <\/b>(\u2026). <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Dins del comit\u00e8 de Salut Laboral, hem repr\u00e8s la tasca que d<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u00fa<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">iem fent respecte als Riscs Psicosocials. <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">EL conjunt de la comissi\u00f3 hem decidit fer un primer test al col\u00b7lectiu de persones que treballen en les Escoles Bressol. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que d<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">urant el proper curs farem una campan<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">y<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">a informativa <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">perqu\u00e8 totes les persones que treballen en aquest servei siguin coneixedores de que s\u2019inicia aquest proc\u00e9s i de com funcionar\u00e0 <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">i posteriorment farem arribar un test completament an\u00f2nim per detectar tots all\u00f2 que <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">pot suposar un factor de Risc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Un cop obtinguem els resultats, treballarem per eliminar o minimitzar tots els factors de risc que apareguin.<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Igualtat<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Dins d\u2019aquesta comissi\u00f3 s\u2019han organitzat <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">dos grups de<span>&nbsp; <\/span>treball que tenen l&#8217;enc\u00e0rrec de redactar 2 documents,<span>&nbsp;<\/span>d\u2019una banda el <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">Protocol contra l\u2019assetjament sexual a la feina<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\"> <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">i de l\u2019altra el <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">Manual de llenguatge no sexista.<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Un cop s\u2019hagin redactat presentaran a la resta de la<span>&nbsp;<\/span>comissi\u00f3 per tal de debatre i rebre l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Un cop estiguin acabats es faran a arribar a totes les<span>&nbsp;<\/span>persones treballadores de Fundesplai per tal que coneguin els documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Com no podia ser d\u2019altra manera, fruit del nostre<span>&nbsp;<\/span>comprom\u00eds amb les persones treballadores i amb la<span>&nbsp;<\/span>igualtat i la nos discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de sexe, <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"color: red;font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">CCOO <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u00e9s present en els dos grups de treball.<\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">Conversions de contracte<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Un any m\u00e9s, durant el tercer trimestre, concretament aquest passat mes de Maig, s\u2019ha aconseguit que 416&nbsp;persones que tenien un contracte d\u2019Obra i Servei se\u2019ls hi hagi canviat el tipus de contracte per un de Fixe&nbsp;Discontinu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">D\u2019aquesta manera s\u2019aconsegueix consolidar 416 contractes, de manera que aquestes persones tenen la tranquil\u00b7litat de saber que al Setembre tornaran a tenir&nbsp; feina un cop les hi facin la crida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"es\"><span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold;text-align: justify\">Negociaci\u00f3 de Conveni<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Com ja us hem informat a trav\u00e9s de les xarxes, l\u2019estat actual de les negociacions \u00e9s que les patronals, no contesten els correus de la part sindical en que proposem dates per reunir-nos (on <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"color: red;font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">CCOO <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u00e9s la for\u00e7a majorit\u00e0ria).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">El 2019 deien que no es podien augmentar salaris perqu\u00e8 el preu del menjador estava congelat des de 2009, el 2020 va arribar la pand\u00e8mia on gran part de les persones treballadores del sector va patir-ne les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies veient com eren afectats per ERTOs amb els problemes que hi va haver per cobrar del SEPE i ara, despr\u00e9s de que les empreses han rebut ajudes per part de l\u2019administraci\u00f3, s\u2019ha apujat el preu de menjador des del passat setembre i hi ha un repunt significatiu en les activitats d\u2019estiu (casals i col\u00f2nies) resulta que les patronals segueixen plorant i no es dignen ni a contestar els correus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">Per tot aix\u00f2 des de <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"color: red;font-family: Arial;font-weight: bold\">CCOO <\/span><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">hem dit prou !!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ca\" style=\"font-family: Arial\">&#8211; El dia passat 17 de juny vam iniciar una s\u00e8rie d\u2019accions per reclamar un conveni digne i ens vam concentrar a la P\u00e7a. Sant Jaume de Barcelona per protestar davant d\u2019aquesta situaci\u00f3.
