Aquest acord indicava un increment del 2,5% el setembre del 2024. CCOO i els altres sindicats representants a la taula de negociaci\u00f3 aconseguim millorar l\u2019acord, incrementant 1 punt l\u2019increment aconseguit el 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, aquest setembre del 2024 els treballadors i treballadores del lleure educatiu i sociocultural&nbsp; veuran reflectit a les seves n\u00f2mines un increment del 3,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per altra banda, hem adaptat les taules a l\u2019increment del Salari M\u00ednim Interprofessional. Per fer-ho avancem l\u2019increment del 3,5% del setembre al gener del 2024 d\u2019aquelles categories que estan 3 punts per sota de l\u2019SMI.&nbsp; Igualem el 2024 les categories de recepcionista \/telefonista, auxiliar administratiu\/va i venedor\/a d\u2019entrades i reserva de grups al salari anual de 15.962,18 \u20ac.
