Aquesta gratificaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria la justifiquen com a necess\u00e0ria per donar resposta a un context de pujades de preus. La gratificaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria per\u00f2 \u00e9s com una gota d\u2019aigua&nbsp; enmig d\u2019una pujada sostinguda en l\u2019\u00faltim any del 14% dels preus dels aliments i amb una tassa acumulada d\u2019IPC pel 2022 del 5,2%. Aquestes dades accentuen la desconnexi\u00f3 de la mesura amb la realitat que viuen en el seu dia a dia la majoria dels treballadors i treballadores.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.8;margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 12pt;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">Aquest 1% de gratificaci\u00f3 no consolidable no forma part de cap acord amb el Comit\u00e8 d\u2019Empresa. En el marc del dret a rebre la informaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica de l\u2019estat i evoluci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica de l\u2019Empresa per part de la RLT,<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 700;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\"> es podrien haver generat els espais de treball d\u2019on depenguessin decisions d\u2019aquest tipus<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">. Aquests espais per\u00f2 no hi han sigut. La not\u00edcia de la gratificaci\u00f3 arribava al comit\u00e8 i a les seccions sindicals 5 minuts abans que a la resta de treballadors\/es.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.8;margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 12pt;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">El fet que <\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 700;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">diversos col.lectius que gestiona la Fundaci\u00f3 no rebran aquesta gratificaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">, com els del Conveni d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Social, o certs centres de Bressol o les companyes del Conveni de Privada-Reglada, tampoc ajuda a valorar aquesta iniciativa com a prou homog\u00e8nia. I tampoc el fet que es vinculi els preus de la cistella de la compra a una paga percentual del salari, ja que menjar totes mengem igual, per\u00f2 no totes cobrem el mateix salari. <\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 700;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">No \u00e9s el mateix un 1% d\u2019un SMI, que un 1% d\u2019un salari per fora de conveni col.lectiu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 1em;margin-right: 1em\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.8;margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 12pt;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 700;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">Aquestes pagues fora dels convenis haurien de ser negociades amb la RLT i tenint en compte la situaci\u00f3 real de l\u2019empresa i la seva evoluci\u00f3 futura.
