{"id":2789,"date":"2023-05-12T07:53:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T05:53:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2023-11-07T13:45:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T12:45:58","slug":"noves-situacions-dincapacitat-temporal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fundacio-pere-tarres\/noves-situacions-dincapacitat-temporal\/","title":{"rendered":"Noves situacions d\u2019incapacitat temporal"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">Entren en vigor el pr\u00f2xim 1 de juny tres noves situacions d\u2019incapacitat temporal per tal de conciliar el dret a la salut amb l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 de les dones.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/>\n<b>SITUACIONS D\u2019IT PER CONTING\u00c8NCIES COMUNES:<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><b>Menstruaci\u00f3 incapacitant secund\u00e0ria o dismenorrea secund\u00e0ria associada a patologies pr\u00e8vies:<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/>\n-Es defineix la menstruaci\u00f3 incapacitant secund\u00e0ria com una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019incapacitat derivada d\u2019una dismenorrea generada per una patologia diagnosticada pr\u00e8viament. Aix\u00ed doncs, queda fora d\u2019aquest sup\u00f2sit d\u2019incapacitat temporal la denominada dismenorrea prim\u00e0ria, \u00e9s a dir, els sup\u00f2sits de dolor menstrual que no estan associats espec\u00edficament a una patologia subjacent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>-Es tracta, doncs, de la menstruaci\u00f3 incapacitant secund\u00e0ria o dismenorrea secund\u00e0ria associada a patologies com l\u2019endometriosi, miomes, enfermetat inflamat\u00f2ria p\u00e8lvica, adenomiosi, p\u00f2lips endometrials, ovaris poliqu\u00edstics, o dificultat en la sortida de sang menstrual de qualsevol tipus, poguent implicar s\u00edmptomes com dispar\u00e8unia, dis\u00faria, infertilitat, o sagnats m\u00e9s abundants del normal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">Interrupci\u00f3 de l\u2019embar\u00e0s, volunt\u00e0ria o no.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">Gestaci\u00f3 de la dona treballadora des del primer dia de la setmana 39.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><b>PARTICULARITATS:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><b>Menstruaci\u00f3 incapacitant secund\u00e0ria:<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">-No exigeix per\u00edode m\u00ednim de cotitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana\">-La incapacitat ha de ser secund\u00e0ria a altres patologies pr\u00e8viament diagnosticades.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana\">-No hi ha recaigudes. Cada proc\u00e9s es considerar\u00e0 nou.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><b>Interrupci\u00f3 de l\u2019embar\u00e0s:<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">-No exigeix per\u00edode m\u00ednim de cotitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana\">-Requereix assist\u00e8ncia pel Servei P\u00fablic de Salud i estar impedida pel treball.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><b>Gestaci\u00f3 de la dona treballadora des del primer dia de la setmana 39:<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">-Per\u00edode m\u00ednim de cotitzaci\u00f3 com al subsidi per naixement, segons l\u2019edat.
