Per les 35h a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 Local"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"867\" src=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2026\/02\/banner-35h.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8021\" style=\"width:500px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2026\/02\/banner-35h.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2026\/02\/banner-35h-300x163.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2026\/02\/banner-35h-1024x555.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2026\/02\/banner-35h-768x416.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2026\/02\/banner-35h-1536x832.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u2019on venim?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019Acord per una Administraci\u00f3 del Segle XXI signat per CCOO establia la implantaci\u00f3 de la jornada de 35 hores<\/strong> setmanals al sector p\u00fablic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s de mesos de llluita, el 27 de mar\u00e7 de 2026 s\u2019ha acordat la seva implantaci\u00f3 definitiva en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 General de l\u2019Estat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquest acord <strong>no exclou a cap col\u00b7lectiu ni sector<\/strong>, adaptant els horaris per <strong>implementar aquesta nova jornada de 35h alhora que es garanteix la prestaci\u00f3 de serveis p\u00fablics i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la ciutadania<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com afecta a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 Local?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;art. 94 de la Llei de Bases del R\u00e8gim Local estableix que \u201c<strong><em>La jornada de trabajo de los funcionarios de la Administraci\u00f3n local ser\u00e1 en c\u00f3mputo anual la misma que se fije para los funcionarios de la Administraci\u00f3n Civil del Estado<\/em><\/strong><em>. Se les aplicar\u00e1n las mismas normas sobre equivalencia y reducci\u00f3n de jornada<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta previsi\u00f3 legal, juntament amb l\u2019acord del 27 de mar\u00e7 signat entre el Govern d\u2019Espanya i les organitzacions sindicals, <strong>dona plena cobertura jur\u00eddica perqu\u00e8 els ajuntaments i ens locals puguin adaptar la jornada del seu personal <\/strong>a la que es determini per al personal de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 General de l\u2019Estat, <strong>inclosa la reducci\u00f3 a les 35 hores setmanals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 podem fer des de CCOO?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des del <strong>Sector de l\u2019Aministraci\u00f3 Local. <\/strong>Hem sol\u00b7licitat a la Federaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Municipis i Prov\u00edncies la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una mesa per coordinar la implantaci\u00f3 de la jornada de 35 hores a tots els ens locals de l\u2019estat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com <strong>afiliat\/da<\/strong>. Conscienciar a les nostres companyes de la import\u00e0ncia de participar de les lluites per la reducci\u00f3 de jornada al nostre ens local.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com a <strong>delegat\/da<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentar a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 una <strong>petici\u00f3 formal<\/strong> per aplicar la jornada de 35h a tot el personal (funcionari i laboral) de l\u2019ens local.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Negociar l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 dels calendaris<\/strong> de treball a la nova jornada setmanal de 35 hores, per garantir els drets laborals i mantenir l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la ciutadania i el servei p\u00fablic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blindar aquest aven\u00e7 laboral<\/strong> recollint la nova jornada i c\u00f2mput anual <strong>al conveni col\u00b7lectiu i a l\u2019acord de condicions de treball<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pacte de garanties<\/strong>.
