La taxa de reposici\u00f3."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aprofitem la presentaci\u00f3 del nou model de Fitxa Sindical per fer un resum dels conceptes i elements claus de la taxa de reposici\u00f3. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La taxa de reposici\u00f3 \u00e9s la r\u00e0tio que, <strong>en funci\u00f3 del nombre de baixes pr\u00e8vies a l&#8217;ens local durant l&#8217;any anterior, determina les places que poden ser cobertes per noves incorporacions<\/strong> en la plantilla de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica.<br><br>Actualment tenim vigent la taxa de reposici\u00f3 <strong>regulada als Pressupostos Generals de l&#8217;Estat (PGE) de 2023<\/strong>, els quals es troben posposats des de la seva aprovaci\u00f3. <br><br><strong>Quina taxa de reposici\u00f3 apliquem?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>110% dels sectors no regulats com a prioritaris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125% a les Policies Locals i FCSE.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120% als sectors regulats com a prioritaris o a tots els sectors dels ens locals que tinguin amortitzat el seu deute financer a 31 de desembre de l\u2019exercici anterior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb car\u00e0cter extraordinari, tamb\u00e9 <strong>estem habilitats a aprovar una taxa superior a l&#8217;anterior, convocant a Oferta P\u00fablica que siguin necess\u00e0ries per reduir al temporalitat a la nostra Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica per sota del 8%<\/strong> de les places de naturalesa estructural. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, l&#8217;art. 19.7 LPGE estableix que les limitacions econ\u00f2miques en mat\u00e8ria de personal es poden superar per efectuar les adequacions retributives que, amb car\u00e0cter singular i excepcional, resultin imprescindibles pel contingut dels llocs de treball, per la variaci\u00f3 del nombre d&#8217;efectius assignats a cada programa o pel grau de consecuci\u00f3 dels objectius fixats a aquest.
