Hem de tenir present que les condicions de treball poden influir perjudicialment sobre la salut quan la feina es desenvolupa en condicions que poden causar accidents o malalties i tamb\u00e9 quan produeix fatiga i insatisfacci\u00f3, i trenca l\u2019equilibri mental i social de les persones. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hem de tenir en compte que quan les condicions de treball son \u00f2ptimes la feina pot actuar sobre la salut de les persones en sentit contrari, \u00e9s a dir, llocs de treball saludables a empreses generadores de salut.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<a class=\"FW_sLinkEWebEditPro FW_lFormat\" title=\"This link will be opened in a new window.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ilo.org\/global\/lang--es\/index.htm#a2\" rel=\"external;800;600\">Organitzaci\u00f3 Internacional dels Treballadors<\/a>\u00a0i l\u2019<a class=\"FW_sLinkEWebEditPro FW_lFormat\" title=\"This link will be opened in a new window.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/\" rel=\"external;800;600\">Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut<\/a>\u00a0han definit la salut laboral com \u00abla promoci\u00f3 i el manteniment del m\u00e9s alt grau de desenvolupament f\u00edsic i mental, i del benestar social dels treballadors en totes les ocupacions, la prevenci\u00f3 entre els treballadors de les desviacions de la salut causades per les seves condicions de treball, la protecci\u00f3 dels treballadors a la seva feina contra els riscos resultants de factors adversos a la salut, la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 i el manteniment del treballador en un entorn de treball adaptat a les seves capacitats fisiol\u00f2giques i psicol\u00f2giques, i, per resumir, l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 de la feina a la persona i de cada persona a la seva feina\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Us enllacem la <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1B72UGtPxX4j6avlzR6fFYNmg3B_QcZkP\/view\" target=\"_blank\"
