L&#8217;objectiu fonamental \u00e9s <strong>evitar que s\u2019arribin a produir<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta normativa estableix drets per a la plantilla, l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 empresarial d\u2019organitzar i realitzar activitats preventives (i comprovar la seva efic\u00e0cia) i responsabilitats p\u00fabliques de promoci\u00f3, control i sanci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 determina la participaci\u00f3 dels treballadors\/es en tots aquells aspectes que afecten a la seva salut i seguretat en el treball, i una figura per la seva representaci\u00f3 aut\u00f2noma: els delegats i delegades de prevenci\u00f3 (DPs).<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"398\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-local.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/110\/2023\/04\/28abril_salut_w.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3292\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2023\/04\/28abril_salut_w.png 400w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2023\/04\/28abril_salut_w-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/fsc-administracio-local\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/219\/2023\/04\/28abril_salut_w-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>La salut laboral es construeix en un <strong>ambient de treball adequat<\/strong>, amb <strong>condicions de treball \u00f2ptimes<\/strong> on el conjunt de treballadors <strong>pugui desenvolupar la seva activitat amb dignitat<\/strong> i on sigui possible la seva intervenci\u00f3 per a la <strong>millora de les condicions laborals, de salut i seguretat<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es pot evitar que el treball danyi a la salut! L&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 legal de l\u2019empresa (o administraci\u00f3 en el nostre cas) \u00e9s que aix\u00ed sigui. <strong>Els accidents i les malalties laborals s\u00f3n evitables si s\u2019adopta una adequada pol\u00edtica de prevenci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els delegats i delegades de prevenci\u00f3 de CCOO vetllen per a que aix\u00f2 sigui aix\u00ec. Des dels Comit\u00e8s de Seguretat i Salut als ens locals, treballen intensament per a donar resposta a les necessitats.
