Durant aquesta reuni\u00f3, i tal com exig\u00edem, la corporaci\u00f3 va acceptar <strong><u>reemprendre immediatament la negociaci\u00f3<\/u><\/strong>. Avui, a les 12 del mat\u00ed, tindrem la primera de les tres reunions previstes per a aquesta setmana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La Diputaci\u00f3 continua insistint en que qualsevol acord que es pugui assolir ser\u00e0 previsiblement objecte de reparament per part dels \u00f2rgans de control interns. Nosaltres considerem que aquest fet no pot condicionar el proc\u00e9s de negociaci\u00f3 i, ni molt menys, aturar-lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u2019element base per a la negociaci\u00f3 \u00e9s el <em>Reglament de carrera<\/em> que, com recordareu, ha estat treballat entre la corporaci\u00f3 i tots els sindicats a una Comissi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica durant prop de quatre anys. Dit reglament est\u00e0 prou consensuat, per tant es tracta d\u2019assolir un acord en els assumptes recollits en els seg\u00fcents articles:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Art. 6. Temps de perman\u00e8ncia per optar a l\u2019ascens de nivell<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Art.16. El complement de carrera professional (efectes econ\u00f2mics)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Un element que ens preocupa especialment \u00e9s que <strong><u>el pressupost 2020 no es perdi<\/u><\/strong>. En aquest sentit, i paral\u00b7lelament a aquesta negociaci\u00f3, CCOO i UGT hem exigit a la passada reuni\u00f3 que s\u2019activin els mecanismes necessaris per garantir la partida pressupost\u00e0ria d\u2019aquest any. Ja portem prou anys perdent el que \u00e9s nostre!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Si volem fer possible que all\u00f2 que es pugui acordar sigui ratificat pel Ple del mes de desembre, \u00e9s obvi que aquesta setmana necess\u00e0riament ha de ser decisiva. Tenint en compte aquest context, CCOO posarem tots els nostres recursos i esfor\u00e7os per assolir els objectius marcats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Us mantindrem informats i
