Era inadmissible que fins aquell moment, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">es deix\u00e9s al delegats i delegades de prevenci\u00f3 sense el seu dret <\/span><\/strong><strong>no nom\u00e9s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 (de decisions ja preses), sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">consulta i participaci\u00f3<\/span> d\u2019acord amb el que indica l\u2019article 36 de la LPRL.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;font-size: 14px\">En el comunicat del 14 d\u2019abril (<a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/fins-al-26-dabril-tot-segueix-igual\/\">cliqueu <span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>), us explic\u00e0vem que finalment la corporaci\u00f3 havia accedit a la nostra petici\u00f3, convocant pel dia 17 del mateix mes la PRIMERA reuni\u00f3 del Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut tal com deman\u00e0vem per via telem\u00e0tica. Tamb\u00e9, va dirigit a les persones que s&#8217;hagin contagiat o hagin hagut de patir la mort d&#8217;algun familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquest servei ha at\u00e8s a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>36<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0persones que ha suposat 130 actuacions de seguiment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Necessites ajuda ? Es fan moltes reunions amb altres administracions (generalitat, ajuntaments, etc) per\u00f2 en cap cas es creu important escoltar pr\u00e8viament a la representaci\u00f3 sindical. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">CCOO insistim en la nostra petici\u00f3 de mantenir l&#8217;horari intensiu fins el 31 de desembre (tal com es far\u00e0 en la resta de personal de Diputaci\u00f3) i el compliment de totes les mesures de protecci\u00f3 incloses al nostre protocol (cliqueu <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/span> per a m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Respecte al Protocol relacionat amb els Bibliobusos, hem demanat poder exercir el nostre <strong>dret de consulta i participaci\u00f3<\/strong> d\u2019acord amb el que indica l\u2019article 36 de la LPRL.
