Despr\u00e9s de la reuni\u00f3 celebrada dilluns, r<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">especte a la mesura relacionada amb el tancament dels centres educatius, de cura de gent gran o de persones amb discapacitat i\/o depend\u00e8ncia, cap modificaci\u00f3 respecte al que ja us vam explicar en el comunicat abans esmentat.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Es a dir, que davant un <span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>tancament total o parcial<\/strong> d\u2019un centre educatiu (o d\u2019una classe) que <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">impossibiliti portar l\u2019infant <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">(sigui alguns dies de la setmana o tots) <\/span><\/span>l\u2019empleat o empleada li ser\u00e0 concedit de nou el perm\u00eds regulat a l\u2019article 48 j) del <em>TREBEP<\/em> si per les caracter\u00edstiques del lloc de treball no pot passar a la modalitat de teletreball (d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">e la mateixa manera s\u2019actuar\u00e0 si el tancament afecta a un centre de cura de la gent gran o de les persones amb discapacitat i\/o depend\u00e8ncia).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5495 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/04\/mascaretes-ccoo-300x218.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"129\" height=\"94\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/04\/mascaretes-ccoo-300x218.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/04\/mascaretes-ccoo.png 393w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 129px) 100vw, 129px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>PERSONAL ESPECIALMENT SENSIBLE EN RELACI\u00d3 A LA\u00a0 INFECCI\u00d3 PER COVID-19<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona insisteix en que no pot justificar de cap manera el manteniment de la <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">mesura relacionada amb la protecci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong> del col\u00b7lectiu de treballadors especialment sensibles tal com teniem fins ara. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Us recordem que aquesta mesura implicava que si un empleat o empleada acreditava formar part d&#8217;un col\u00b7lectiu de risc i si les funcions del seu lloc de treball no eren compatibles amb la modalitat no presencial de treball, se li concedia el perm\u00eds regulat retribu\u00eft a l\u2019article 48 j) EBEP<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Al mes de juny, la corporaci\u00f3 ja va expressar la seva intenci\u00f3 d&#8217;eliminar la mesura. Davant la nostra oposici\u00f3, vam aconseguir traslladar la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 al mes de setembre. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que indicava l<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">a Instrucci\u00f3 2\/2020, de 30 de juny de 2020 (cliqueu <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/instruccio-2-2020-personal-sensible-copy\/\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">aqu\u00ed <\/span><\/a>per llegir comunicat).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/personal-sensible.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6468 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/personal-sensible-300x96.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"96\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/personal-sensible-300x96.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/personal-sensible-768x247.png 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/personal-sensible.png 799w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Dilluns, a la nova reuni\u00f3 de la Comissi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica celebrada, la Diputaci\u00f3 no va acceptar la nostra petici\u00f3 feta a la reuni\u00f3 anterior, en el sentit que s&#8217;allargu\u00e9s el termini de vig\u00e8ncia del perm\u00eds 48j pel que fa els col\u00b7lectius vulnerables. Va insistir que en aquest moment, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>tenint en compte la normativa vigent de l&#8217;INSS no es pot mantenir la mesura<\/strong><\/span> (cliqueu <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/plantilla-1-2\/\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">aqu\u00ed <\/span><\/a>per a m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;background-color: #ffff00\"><strong>el servei ali\u00e8 de prevenci\u00f3 es posar\u00e0 en contacte amb les persones afectades <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff\">(si no ho ha fet ja) per avaluar<\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff\">\u00a0<\/span> la patologia i sensibilitat del treballador o treballadora en relaci\u00f3 a una possible infecci\u00f3 de coronavirus i emetr\u00e0 un informe amb mesures de prevenci\u00f3 i adaptaci\u00f3 del lloc de treball, canvi de lloc de treball o, si no \u00e9s possible, recomanaci\u00f3 de baixa laboral (metge INSS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, tot i que no han acceptat les nostres peticions de prorrogues, ens informen que l&#8217;incorporaci\u00f3 del personal (en la mesura del possible), es far\u00e0 de manera gradual i per suposat respectant totes les mesures de seguretat establertes. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tamb\u00e9, la DSRH de la Diputaci\u00f3 ens assegura que donaran instruccions als serveis i direccions per a que aquestes recordin que, tot i la modificaci\u00f3, aquest personal segueix sent considerat sensible. Aix\u00ed doncs, se&#8217;ls demanar\u00e0 que ho tinguin en compte a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;establir tasques i de respondre a les necessitats de flexibilitzaci\u00f3 relacionades amb les hores d&#8217;entrada i sortida per evitar les hores puntes dels transports col\u00b7lectius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6593 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/covid-barcelona-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/covid-barcelona-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/covid-barcelona-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/covid-barcelona-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/covid-barcelona.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 233px) 100vw, 233px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hem pogut allargar la mesura addicional contemplada en el nostre protocol fins al mes de setembre. D&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;actual normativa del <em>Ministerio de Trabajo y Econom\u00eda Social <\/em>era bastant evident que tard o d&#8217;hora la situaci\u00f3 canviaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00\">HEU D&#8217;ESTAR PENDENTS DE REBRE NOTIFICACI\u00d3 DE REINCORPORACI\u00d3 VIA MAIL.<\/span> Ara, els nostres delegats i delegades faran el seguiment de com es porta a terme les reincorporacions. <strong>Quedem a disposici\u00f3 de les persones afectades<\/strong> en cas que tinguin dubtes o problemes. Feu-nos coneixedors de qualsevol incid\u00e8ncia relacionada amb les mesures establertes o adaptacions del vostre lloc de treball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Si tot i l&#8217;informe del servei de prevenci\u00f3, considereu que degut al vostre estat de salut no us haur\u00edeu de reincorporar presencialment, us recomanem que ho plantegeu al vostre metge de cap\u00e7alera de l&#8217;INSS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5557 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/04\/trabajadora-preocupada-300x267.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"209\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/04\/trabajadora-preocupada-300x267.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/04\/trabajadora-preocupada.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 209px) 100vw, 209px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\">PERSONAL QUE PRESTA SERVEI EN LA MODALITAT NO PRESENCIAL DE TREBALL POT DEMANAR TREBALLAR PRESENCIALMENT<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">El treball a dist\u00e0ncia va arribar com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l\u2019establiment de l\u2019estat d\u2019alarma al mes de mar\u00e7. Llavors, a la Diputaci\u00f3 no dispos\u00e0vem de cap regulaci\u00f3 ni s\u2019havia fet cap prova pilot, tot i que CCOO ho hav\u00edem demanat de manera insistent en anys anteriors (cliqueu <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/16-teletreball.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0accions 2015-2019).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">El Protocol va incloure una prec\u00e0ria regulaci\u00f3 del treball en remot (cliqueu <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/treball-a-distancia-a-la-diputacio\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>) amb la voluntat de treballar m\u00e9s endavant <strong>un marc regulador<\/strong> del teletreball.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5102 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/teletreball.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"115\" height=\"67\" \/><strong>El <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">teletreball<\/span> pot suposar riscos piscosocials<\/strong>. Un d&#8217;ells \u00e9s el perill d&#8217;a\u00efllament pel menor contacte amb els companys i companyes de treball. \u00c9s aquest un dels riscos m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents, el que fa convenient implantar certes mesures que evitin el risc de reducci\u00f3 dels nivells d&#8217;interacci\u00f3 social. Les possibilitats s\u00f3n variades i van des de l&#8217;obligatorietat de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>treballar diversos dies al centre de treball<\/strong><\/span> fins l&#8217;establiment de reunions amb una certa periodicitat. Mentre aix\u00f2 no es pugui incloure en un reglament d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 a la Diputaci\u00f3, hem de fer front a les necessitats d&#8217;alguns empleats i empleades.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En aquest sentit, la corporaci\u00f3 va proposar als\u00a0 sindicats el seg\u00fcent: fer viable <strong>eventuals incorporacions <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">volunt\u00e0ries<\/span> d&#8217;alguns empleats i empleades pr\u00e8via petici\u00f3 als seus comandaments<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">CCOO considerem que un context de crisi sanit\u00e0ria, s&#8217;ha de continuar prioritzant el treball a dist\u00e0ncia com a sistema de treball. <strong>El que estem fent NO \u00c9S TELETREBALL!<\/strong> Estem treballant a dist\u00e0ncia, amb unes condicions prec\u00e0ries per evitar despla\u00e7aments, evitar aglomeracions als centres de treball, en definitiva, per a <strong>protegir la salut<\/strong> de tots i totes (i aix\u00f2 seguir\u00e0 sent aix\u00ed al menys fins al 31 de desembre).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Ara b\u00e9, tot i que priorit\u00e0riament es seguir\u00e0 treballant al menys fins el 31 de desembre, el fet que algunes persones, DE MANERA VOLUNT\u00c0RIA, puguin demanar treballar alguns dies presencialment per a que ho necessitin \u00e9s comprensible en vista dels problemes que pot generar la manca d&#8217;interaccions socials. En aquest sentit, ens hem expressat a la reuni\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\">PR\u00d2XIMES REUNIONS<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tal com marca el protocol, es celebraran setmanalment reunions del <strong>Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut<\/strong> (la pr\u00f2xima el dia 18 de setembre) i cada quinze dies, del <strong>Comit\u00e8 de Seguiment<\/strong> (el dia 29 de setembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6632 aligncenter\"
