Era inadmissible que fins aquell moment, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">es deix\u00e9s al delegats i delegades de prevenci\u00f3 sense el seu dret <\/span><\/strong><strong>no nom\u00e9s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 (de decisions ja preses), sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">consulta i participaci\u00f3<\/span> d\u2019acord amb el que indica l\u2019article 36 de la LPRL.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En el comunicat del 14 d\u2019abril (<a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/fins-al-26-dabril-tot-segueix-igual\/\">cliqueu <span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>), us explic\u00e0vem que finalment la corporaci\u00f3 havia accedit a la nostra petici\u00f3, convocant pel dia 17 del mateix mes la PRIMERA reuni\u00f3 del Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut tal com deman\u00e0vem per via telem\u00e0tica. CCOO hem exigit mesures preventives urgent per a fer front a la calor ARA!\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">(Cliqueu <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/exposicio-a-temperatures-excessives\/\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">CARTERIA<\/span> Es demana que no s&#8217;obligui al personal ha treballar tots els dies de manera presencial, en molt casos sense necessitat real tenint en compte que els centres de treball en aquest moment estan pr\u00e0cticament buits. Es demana que es segueixi organitzant el treball mitjan\u00e7ant torns de treball (tal com es va fer mesos abans i permet el <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/ccoo-demanem-prudencia-i-no-es-relaxar-les-mesures\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">protocol<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">FUSTERIA BRIGADES (MUNDET) I PARC M\u00d2BIL (RENTA-COTXES) <\/span><\/strong>Exigim de nou solucions immediates a la manca de climatitzaci\u00f3 o condicions adequades d&#8217;aquests espais de treball. Respecte a la fusteria, ens diuen que en breu ja es donar\u00e0 soluci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>BRIGADES DE MANTENIMENT (DIRECCI\u00d3 D&#8217;EDIFICACI\u00d3) <\/strong><\/span>Des de CCOO insistim que s&#8217;hauria de posar en marxa all\u00f2 que indica el protocol: torns de treball de dilluns-dimecres-divendres \/ dimarts-dijous, i\/o jornades de 4,5 hores (cliqueu <span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2020\/05\/5.-MESURES-FLEXIBILITAT-COMPACTACI%C3%93-I-JORNADA-DESTIU.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span>).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Quan estem immersos en una situaci\u00f3 de risc pels diferents rebrots a la regi\u00f3 metropolitana, ara m\u00e9s que mai, hem de fer treballar presencialment al personal nom\u00e9s per atendre casos urgents o per habilitar espais segurs front a la COVID-19.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>NETEJA ENTRE TORNS<\/strong> Ens diuen que responent a la nostra petici\u00f3, ja s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent. I si vens en bici? A m\u00e9s de demanar explicacions, li hem expressat de manera clara la nostra indignaci\u00f3 davant aquesta nul\u00b7la implementaci\u00f3 de mesures. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La gerent expressa el seu comprom\u00eds d&#8217;implementar les mesures en la major brevetat possible. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 de manca d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 preocupa i molt. Qu\u00e8 passaria si el personal de l&#8217;ORGT tingu\u00e9s un accident en depend\u00e8ncies municipals?
