Aix\u00ed suposa passar al personal que treballava en un lloc de treball situat del grup del subgrup C2 al subgrup C1. \u00c9s per aquest motiu que el punt 9.5 de les bases nom\u00e9s deixa exempt a les persones que formaven part de les borses d\u2019auxiliar t\u00e8cnic\/a especialista en sanitat (EK) i\/o d\u2019auxiliar educador\/a (P) ambd\u00f3s llocs <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">de C1.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, com a resum: <span style=\"background-color: #ffff00\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">si no est\u00e0veu<\/span> en alguna d&#8217;aquestes borses de categoria <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">C1<\/span> US <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">HEU DE PRESENTAR<\/span> a la nova borsa de T-A. atenci\u00f3 a la depend\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2964 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/images-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"86\" height=\"94\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Alguns companys o companyes en diuen que tot i aix\u00f2 prefereixen presentar-se per si de cas&#8230; Doncs, endavant. Cadasc\u00fa ha de prendre la seva pr\u00f2pia decisi\u00f3. Tot i aix\u00f2, us expliquem algunes coses amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;orientar-vos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A difer\u00e8ncia del personal inter\u00ed, el personal funcionari pot participar als processos restringits de PROMOCI\u00d3 INTERNA de RECLASSIFIACI\u00d3 (2 anys antiguitat al lloc de treball entre altres requisits). En aquest sentit, heu de saber que els sindicats CCOO i UGT vam signar un acord que obliga a la Diputaci\u00f3 a convocar processos de promoci\u00f3 (veure punt 5 de l&#8217;acord que trobareu al seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7):<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/intradiba2.diba.cat\/documents\/28776273\/101294137\/Acord+nova+categoria+t%C3%A8cnic+auxiliar+depend%C3%A8ncia\/0f52a2d4-5dee-4994-ab7d-c106e82bca3c\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">https:\/\/intradiba2.diba.cat\/documents\/28776273\/101294137\/Acord+nova+categoria+t%C3%A8cnic+auxiliar+depend%C3%A8ncia\/0f52a2d4-5dee-4994-ab7d-c106e82bca3c<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hi ha comprom\u00eds que en l&#8217;\u00faltim trimestre d&#8217;aquest any, s&#8217;executi la reclassificaci\u00f3 que permetr\u00e0 al personal funcionari passar de la categoria C2 a C1. Per tant, mentre el personal inter\u00ed passar\u00e0 a la categoria superior mitjan\u00e7ant la borsa, el personal funcionari ho far\u00e0 per promoci\u00f3 interna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot i aix\u00f2, alguns mostreu el vostre neguit respecte a si aprovareu o no la promoci\u00f3 interna i que mostreu el vostre desig de presentar-vos tamb\u00e9 a la borsa. Si, tot i el que us hem explicat abans, penseu que \u00e9s millor inscriure-se a la borsa, doncs feu-lo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Heu de saber que, en cas de no superar el proc\u00e9s de promoci\u00f3 interna (reclassificaci\u00f3 C2 a C1), el personal funcionari afectat quedar\u00e0 a la categoria C2. Encara no tenim res tancat i per tant no us podem avan\u00e7ar res.
