Era inadmissible que fins aquell moment, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">es deix\u00e9s al delegats i delegades de prevenci\u00f3 sense el seu dret <\/span><\/strong><strong>no nom\u00e9s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 (de decisions ja preses), sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">consulta i participaci\u00f3<\/span> d\u2019acord amb el que indica l\u2019article 36 de la LPRL.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En el comunicat del 14 d\u2019abril (<a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/fins-al-26-dabril-tot-segueix-igual\/\">cliqueu <span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>), us explic\u00e0vem que finalment la corporaci\u00f3 havia accedit a la nostra petici\u00f3, convocant pel dia 17 del mateix mes la PRIMERA reuni\u00f3 del Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut tal com deman\u00e0vem per via telem\u00e0tica. Des d&#8217;aquell moment, est\u00e0 tenint lloc una reuni\u00f3 tots els divendres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2963 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/enconstruccion-300x277.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"108\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/enconstruccion-300x277.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/enconstruccion.png 358w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 108px) 100vw, 108px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 20px\">RESUM DE LA REUNI\u00d3 DEL DIA 26.06.2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\">INCLOU INFORMACI\u00d3 REBUDA I PETICIONS DE CCOO<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>POSITIUS PER COVID ENTRE EL PERSONAL<\/strong><\/span> Seguim amb les bones not\u00edcies: aquesta setmana tampoc s\u2019han detectat cap nou positiu. Per tant, des de que va comen\u00e7ar la pand\u00e8mia, unes 73 persones treballadores han presentat simptomatologia de les 52 han estat confirmat de contagi mitjan\u00e7ant prova diagnostica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">SISTEMA DE SUPORT I ATENCI\u00d3 PSICOL\u00d2GICA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> \u00c9s tracta d\u2019un servei pels empleats de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona orientat a la gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i malestar generats per l&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma actual. Especialment pensat per aquells que formen part dels serveis identificats com a b\u00e0sics o estrat\u00e8gics, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9, pels que s&#8217;hagin contagiat o hagin hagut de patir la mort d&#8217;algun familiar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Fins aquest moment han at\u00e8s a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>31<\/strong><\/span> persones que ha suposat 107 accions de seguiment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Necessites ajuda ? Clica <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/suport-i-atencio-psicologica\/\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>PERSONAL VULNERABLE <\/strong><\/span>Tenim 492 persones declarades \u00absensibles\u00bb front a contagi per la COVID-19. Des de Vigil\u00e0ncia de Salut, s&#8217;han gestionat 246 casos, s\u2019han fet 182 informes positius, 4 rebutjades\u00a0 i la resta est\u00e0 pendent d\u2019analitzar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Com recordareu, les persones majors de 60 anys s\u00f3n declarades com a col\u00b7lectiu vulnerable d\u2019ofici. El perm\u00eds de 48j) s\u2019activa (d&#8217;ofici) de nou en el moment que finalitza la baixa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">TEST AL PERSONAL DE NOVA REINCORPORACI\u00d3 <\/span><\/strong>En el \u00e0mbit de RESPIR s&#8217;han fet 522 test r\u00e0pids i 316 PCR. Respecte a la\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">prova de diagnosi a totes les persones que es reincorporen<\/span> <\/strong>(no de RESPIR) <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">s&#8217;han realitzat 457. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>VIES LOCALS i PARCS<\/strong> No es remprendr\u00e0 l&#8217;activitat a Vies Locals fins que no estiguin preparats els centres de treball. A Parc, ja s&#8217;ha obert les oficines i les guarderies per\u00f2 no els centres d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 (pendents de validar les mesures implementades i la posterior visita).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>RESPIR DISCAPACITATS<\/strong> S&#8217;est\u00e0 preparant l&#8217;edifici per poder reobrir amb totes les garanties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">CLIMA\/RENOVACI\u00d3\/VENTILACI\u00d3<\/span> Considerem imprescindible com a mesura per fer front a contagis per COVID-19, garantir la ventilaci\u00f3 adequada dels locals, natural o general for\u00e7ada. Ara b\u00e9, la soluci\u00f3 no pot passar, com s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent, per APAGAR els sistemes de climatitzaci\u00f3. \u00c9s inadmissible que el personal estigui treballant a 30 graus o m\u00e9s!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">(Cliqueu <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/ccoo-denunciem-una-situacio-de-disconfort-termic-als-centres-de-treball-de-la-diputacio-de-barcelona\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">CCOO exigeix que es doni solucions al problema, sin\u00f3 prendrem les mesures que calguin per a fer complir el que marca la normativa. Mentre aix\u00f2 no passi, no pot enviar-se al personal a treballar a centres de treball que poden ser perjudicials per a la seva salut i la de les persones usu\u00e0ries. Mentre es tracta de donar soluci\u00f3, de manera immediata exigim que es treballi nom\u00e9s 4,5 hores (fins a les 12 hores del migdia com a m\u00e0xim) tal com permet el nostre protocol. Denunciem que no s&#8217;est\u00e0 complint amb el que recull el Protocol de desescalada, en el sentit que abans d&#8217;anunciar i posar data a <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6373 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/07\/temperatura-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"132\" height=\"116\" \/>la reobertura d&#8217;una oficina, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;haver garantit que aquesta compleix amb els requisits establert per fer front als contagis per la COVID-19. A m\u00e9s, tal com passa a la resta de centres de la Diputaci\u00f3, denunciem el disconfort t\u00e8rmic existent\u00a0 que no nom\u00e9s afecta a les persones treballadores sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a usu\u00e0ries (cliqueu <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/ccoo-denunciem-una-situacio-de-disconfort-termic-als-centres-de-treball-de-la-diputacio-de-barcelona\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Demanem que el personal que hagi de treballar presencialment, enlloc d&#8217;utilitzar el sistema telem\u00e0tic per a fitxar, utilitzi el sistema ordinari de les oficines. Nom\u00e9s s&#8217;ha d&#8217;habilitar el sistema per a que no s&#8217;hagi de pr\u00e9mer cap bot\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tamb\u00e9 demanem que s&#8217;ajusti el treball presencial del personal a les hores d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al p\u00fablic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">XBM (INCLOU INFORMACI\u00d3 DE BIBLIOBUSOS)<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000\">: <\/span><\/strong>s\u2019est\u00e0 elaborant un protocol per a garantir la protecci\u00f3 del personal i de les persones usu\u00e0ries. Ens avancen que nom\u00e9s es prestar\u00e0 servei sota petici\u00f3 pr\u00e8via i que en cap cas es contempla que les usu\u00e0ries pugin als busos. S&#8217;ha demanat que el personal disposa de WC adients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Denunciem que a alguna biblioteca es dona indicacions respecte a que el recent Protocol de desescalada ja no \u00e9s vigent. Absolutament fals! Hem informat amb detall d&#8217;on est\u00e0 passant i revisaran els casos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>\u00c0REA DE PROMOCI\u00d3 ECON\u00d2MICA<\/strong><\/span> El personal es queixa de les carregues de treball que estan suportant amb jornades que s&#8217;allarguen m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;horari ordinari. No es respecte la desconnexi\u00f3 digital.
