style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">En una <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">primera fase, ser\u00e0 vigent <\/span>fins al 14 de setembre de 2020. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">No obstant, les mesures incloses resten supeditades a les instruccions que en cada moment dictin les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color: #000000\">-27 de maig de 2020-<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Amb la ratificaci\u00f3 del protocol al Ple Corporatiu, la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona es <strong><u>situar\u00e0 a l\u2019avantguarda<\/u><\/strong> en relaci\u00f3 a afavorir l\u2019activitat i servei que presta una administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica tot garantint la implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019un gran ventall de mesures organitzatives, de protecci\u00f3 i prevenci\u00f3 front als possibles contagis pel COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Un protocol que protegir\u00e0 no nom\u00e9s al personal de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona sin\u00f3 <strong>tamb\u00e9<\/strong> al que presta servei als <strong>consorcis, organismes i altres ens<\/strong> que constitueixen el seu sector p\u00fablic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es prioritza la prestaci\u00f3 del servei mitjan\u00e7ant el\u00a0<strong>treball a dist\u00e0ncia<\/strong>\u00a0establint una regulaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica com tamb\u00e9 la dotaci\u00f3 de mitjans inform\u00e0tics i ergon\u00f2mics necessaris per al personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es garanteix la <strong>neteja, desinfecci\u00f3 i adequaci\u00f3<\/strong> preventiva de tots els centres de treball\u00a0<strong><u>pr\u00e8via<\/u><\/strong> a la reincorporaci\u00f3 del personal que haur\u00e0 de treballar presencialment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es protegeix de manera especial al personal que forma part dels grups considerats, per les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries, com a\u00a0<strong>vulnerables al COVID-19<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">S\u2019introdueixen mesures excepcionals per afavorir la\u00a0<strong>conciliaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0de la vida laboral i familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2968 aligncenter\" que\u00a0<strong>CCOO vam enviar\u00a0el 15 d\u2019abril<\/strong> (cliqueu\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/reunio-telematica\/\"><strong>aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><\/span>) a la DSRH de la Diputaci\u00f3, abans de l\u2019inici del treball de la Comissi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica, i que inclou entre d\u2019altres coses, protecci\u00f3 dels col\u00b7lectius vulnerables, neteja especialitzada, materials, senyalitzaci\u00f3, mampares, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2961 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/acuerdo-300x300.png\" protocol en s\u00f3n un clar exemple.\u00a0Ara toca, entre tots i totes, <strong><u>treballar per a garantir el seu compliment<\/u><\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2\u00a0<strong>s\u2019ha constitu\u00eft una comissi\u00f3 de seguiment de l\u2019acord<\/strong>\u00a0que es reunir\u00e0 quinzenalment. Sempre posant per davant la salut, aquestes han estat les propostes que hem fet i les respostes donades per a la Diputaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">S\u00f3n moltes les tasques que es desenvolupen dins del <strong>PVI.<\/strong> En aquest sentit, hem demanat que al personal de m\u00e9s de 60 se\u2019ls pugui assignar treball a dist\u00e0ncia (gesti\u00f3 de dades, operador\/a, etc). Proposta que la corporaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 disposada a prendre en consideraci\u00f3 i implementar en la mesura del possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">El <strong>personal de substituci\u00f3<\/strong> ha de tenir els mateixos drets que la resta del personal: tenir acc\u00e9s al perm\u00eds 48j. Es tracta d\u2019unes persones treballadores que porten <u>anys treballant ininterrompudament.<\/u> Aplicant el principi d\u2019igualtat, la Diputaci\u00f3 ha acceptat la proposta d\u2019estendre aquest dret tamb\u00e9 a aquest col\u00b7lectiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem aprofitat les reunions per tractar, a m\u00e9s, altres temes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Incid\u00e8ncies a RESPIR<\/span>:<\/span>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que es doni garanties que el personal que treballa pugui gaudir de les seves vacances d\u2019acord amb les seves necessitats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que els festius treballats es puguin ressituar a la planilla o, de manera excepcional, es pugui retribuir econ\u00f2micament (pr\u00e8via petici\u00f3 volunt\u00e0ria de la persona interessada).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que es facin efectiu els factors de caps de setmana a tot el personal incloent al personal vulnerable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Gratificaci\u00f3 com a reconeixement de les tasques en la crisi del COVID19 per al personal de RESPIR<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\">Petici\u00f3 de reunions de negociaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/span>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Carrera Professional Horitzontal:<\/strong> hem demanat tractar la seva implementaci\u00f3 immediata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Regulaci\u00f3 del <strong>teletreball<\/strong>: una vegada establerta una regulaci\u00f3 inicial al protocol, \u00e9s necessari negociar-ne una de m\u00e9s profunda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Iniciar quan abans millor els processos de <strong>Promoci\u00f3 interna<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Cliqueu <span
