Al nou protocol, hem pogut introduir l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 que s&#8217;analitzin totes les peticions, tamb\u00e9 les del personal essencial. Per tant, tot i que formis part d&#8217;un servei essencial (per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 tinguis fills\/filles o gent gran a c\u00e0rrec), pots demanar el perm\u00eds. Has de tenir en compte no obstant que es m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil la seva concessi\u00f3 ja que <strong>et demanaran que <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">acreditis circumst\u00e0ncies excepcionals<\/span><\/strong> que justifiquin l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la mesura (exigeix que la resposta sigui per escrit).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color: #ffffff\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;background-color: #ffff00;font-size: 20px;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>ATENCI\u00d3! MOLT IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color: #ffffff\"><strong>Conviure<\/strong> amb fills menors o gent gran \u00e9s un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>element essencial<\/strong><\/span> per a la concessi\u00f3 del perm\u00eds. Si aquest \u00e9s el teu cas, no deixis d&#8217;omplir la declaraci\u00f3 responsable i fer-la arribar al teu servei.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Nom\u00e9s ha de fer la petici\u00f3<\/strong><\/span><strong>, <\/strong>qui hagi estat designat\/ada pel seu comandament per a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>reincorporar-se <\/strong><\/span>al seu lloc de treball <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>de manera PRESENCIAL.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">El <strong>personal que treballa a dist\u00e0ncia<\/strong> que conviu amb fills\/filles menors o gent gran dependent o persones amb discapacitat i\/o depend\u00e8ncia <strong>t\u00e9 dret al que indica l&#8217;article 3.4 del protocol: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><em>\u00abEls empleats i empleades que treballin mitjan\u00e7ant modalitats no presencials hauran de realitzar la jornada assignada al lloc de treball que ocupen, sense perjudici que <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>adaptin el seu horari per poder conciliar<\/strong><\/span> la seva vida personal i professional\u00bb <\/em>(aix\u00f2 significa rebre un nombre de tasques raonables, ajustades a la teva situaci\u00f3 i pactar un horari definit diferent, si ho necessites, al de la teva jornada ordin\u00e0ria)<strong><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 20px\">*.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">*<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En cas de problemes o dubtes, no dubtis en posar-te amb nosaltres!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">TAMB\u00c9 HEU DE SABER:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquest perm\u00eds s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de <strong>sol\u00b7licitar<\/strong> a partir del dia en qu\u00e8 <strong>us designin per prestar serveis de manera presencial.<\/strong> Cada servei us donar\u00e0 les indicacions concretes que heu de seguir.
