style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">-19 D&#8217;ABRIL DE 2020-<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">S&#8217;han produ\u00eft dos importants i RESTRICTIUS canvis respecte al que es considera \u00abpersonal vulnerable\u00bb: queden fora les embarassades i els de majors de 60 anys. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Abans d&#8217;aquesta <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>actualitzaci\u00f3 del 15\/04\/20 per part del Ministeri de Sanitat<\/strong><\/span> (cliqueu <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2020\/04\/ACTUALIZACIO%CC%81N-ACLARACIONES-RDL-6-2020-IT-CORONAVIRUS.pdf\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a>), a aquests dos col\u00b7lectius se&#8217;ls hi donava la baixa amb car\u00e0cter general previ informe Servei de Prevenci\u00f3 (SP) que ho recomanava si no es podia adaptar el lloc de treball. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquesta modificaci\u00f3 suposa un major poder de decisi\u00f3 del SP que pot valorar que no \u00e9s necessari la baixa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En el cas de les embarassades s&#8217;ha de conjugar l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de complicacions i\/o\u00a0 comorbiditat<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En el cas dels majors de 60 SENSE PATOLOGIA estableix que de manera general no es consideren vulnerables o especialment sensibles. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">I ser\u00e0 el SP en funci\u00f3 de si les seves patologies estan \u00abcontrolades o descompensades\u00bb el que recomanar\u00e0 la baixa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En definitiva treuen el car\u00e0cter general en aquests dos sup\u00f2sits i els deixa a valoraci\u00f3 del SP el qual ha de tenir en compte els riscos laborals de cada tasca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Cliqueu <a (Amb patologies a valorar)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Les patologies pr\u00e8vies cr\u00f2niques relacionades amb el sistema respiratori, per exemple, asma, MPOC, etc. Les patologies pr\u00e8vies relacionades amb el sistema cardiovascular (hipertensos, diab\u00e8tics, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Persones amb malalties hep\u00e0tiques cr\u00f2niques<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Persones amb malalties renals cr\u00f2niques<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Persones amb medicaci\u00f3 relacionada amb elles<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Les persones que han patit algun tipus de c\u00e0ncer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Trastorns immunitaris<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Embar\u00e0s<span style=\"background-color: #ffffff\"> (a valorar l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de complicacions i\/o\u00a0 comorbiditat)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 20px;color: #000000\">SI TREBALLES A LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 DE BARCELONA, COM HAS D&#8217;ACTUAR SI ET TROBES EN UN DELS GRUPS DE RISC?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Cal adre\u00e7ar un correu electr\u00f2nic a la b\u00fastia de vigil\u00e0ncia de la salut <span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">(<\/span><a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"mailto:oprl.vigilanciasalut@diba.cat\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">oprl.vigilanciasalut@diba.cat<\/span><\/a><\/span>), i ho traslladaran al Servei M\u00e8dic de Vigil\u00e0ncia de la Salut (SMVS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2020\/03\/Comunicaci%C3%B3-conforme-especialment-sensible-al-covid19.docx\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a> per a trobar el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>document que CCOO hem preparat<\/strong><\/span> amb un text que podeu enviar (via mail) complimentant les dades que falten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Enviant petici\u00f3 via mail s\u2019activa el procediment:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/foto-procediment-persona-sensible.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5217 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/foto-procediment-persona-sensible-300x287.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/foto-procediment-persona-sensible-300x287.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/foto-procediment-persona-sensible.jpg 629w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">El <strong>SMVS<\/strong><strong>\u00a0ha d&#8217;elaborar un informe<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 deixi const\u00e0ncia la condici\u00f3 de col\u00b7lectiu de risc i la impossibilitat d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 del lloc de treball, o de protecci\u00f3 adequada que eviti el contagi o de la reubicaci\u00f3 en un altre lloc exempt de risc d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a l&#8217;SARS- COV-2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>Amb aquest informe, el metge o metgessa d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria procedeix a l&#8217;estudi individual del cas i si ho considera est\u00e9n la baixa,<\/strong> utilitzant uns codis predeterminats, a similitud dels casos de positius o de quarantena. D&#8217;aquesta manera, l&#8217;INSS el trasllada a la m\u00fatua perqu\u00e8 procedeixi a el pagament de la prestaci\u00f3 com a conting\u00e8ncia professional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Si ets personal que ja est\u00e0 teletreballant, no cal activar el procediment, ja que una mesura adaptativa \u00e9s precisament treballar des de casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Nom\u00e9s es tracta d\u2019evitar que el personal que treballa presencialment estigui en risc de contagiar-se en el seu lloc de treball. Per exemple a RESPIR de Mundet, sembla pr\u00e0cticament impossible adaptar el lloc de treball per a que no hagi CAP RISC de contagi.
