tres documents<\/strong> (que podeu trobar a l\u2019inici d\u2019aquest comunicat) que vam fer servir com a base per fixar el nostre posicionament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: #ffff00;text-decoration: underline\">TREBALL DES DE CASA<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Insistim que S\u2019HAN D\u2019HABILITAR ELS RECURSOS NECESSARIS, establir mesures preventives de riscos laborals tant d\u2019ergonomia com els de caire psicosocial i obviar qualsevol consideraci\u00f3 actual quant a futures avaluacions de l\u2019acompliment (QADs), entre d\u2019altres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En breu rebreu un q\u00fcestionari per realitzar una AUTOAVALUACI\u00d3 del vostre lloc de treball a casa en el que CCOO hem fet algunes aportacions. En condicions normals, mai es demanaria fer-la aix\u00ed. De manera extraordin\u00e0ria la llei ho permet. Per salut, us animem a que la realitzeu ja que us ajudar\u00e0 a introduir millores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">HEM DEMANAT que es faci ja un recull d\u2019informaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019objectiu de realitzar un INFORME VALORATIU DEL PER\u00cdODE DEL TREBALL TELEM\u00c0TIC DES DE CASA que inclogui, el nombre exacte de persones que estan treballant a dist\u00e0ncia, valoraci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica, l\u2019estalvi econ\u00f2mic i l\u2019impacte ambiental, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Les CONDICIONS DE TREBALL ACTUALS NOM\u00c9S S\u00d3N ACCEPTABLES per la situaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria en qu\u00e8 estem immersos. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que HEM DEMANAT NEGOCIAR JA UN MARC REGULADOR PEL TELETREBALL que inclogui establir, per a qui treballi des de casa, els recursos necessaris (mobiliari, material inform\u00e0tic, etc), compensacions per despeses (de connexi\u00f3, llum, tel\u00e8fon, etc.), que els t\u00e8cnics\/ques de Diputaci\u00f3 realitzin una avaluaci\u00f3 dels riscos del lloc de treball, dret a la desconnexi\u00f3, entre d\u2019altres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: #00ffff\">LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 CONSIDERA OPORT\u00da REALITZAR L\u2019INFORME de valoraci\u00f3 que demanem. Una vegada coneguda la sent\u00e8ncia del TJUE, creiem que S\u2019HA D\u2019ACONSEGUIR QUE EL PERSONAL INTER\u00cd PUGUI CONSOLIDAR DEFINITIVAMENT LA SEVA PLA\u00c7A. En el proc\u00e9s que s\u2019acordi, cal que siguin determinants tant l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia com el temps de servei i la formaci\u00f3, sense l\u00edmit temporal.
