La majoria estem treballant amb mitjans propis!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">No disposem de cap regulaci\u00f3 ni s\u2019ha fet cap prova pilot, tot i les insistents demandes que CCOO diba ha fet des de fa anys (<span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/mem12-mobilitat.pdf\">cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>accions 2015-2019).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En aquest moment, seguim demanant que el treball a dist\u00e0ncia sigui el m\u00e9s flexible possible<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>no exigint en cap cas els\u00a0nivells de rendiment que puguin originar situacions compromeses d\u2019estr\u00e8s laboral als i les treballadores atesos els molts condicionants d\u2019entorn i limitaci\u00f3 operativa.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem de tenir per tant una visi\u00f3 especialment preventiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per pal\u00b7liar en la mesura del possible aquesta situaci\u00f3 vam enviar a la Diputaci\u00f3 el manual editat per la nostra organitzaci\u00f3 (ISTAS-CCOO) <span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">\u00ab<a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/istas.net\/sites\/default\/files\/2020-03\/teletrabajar.pdf\"><em>Teletrabajar por fuerza mayor pero de la manera m\u00e1s saludable posible<\/em><\/a><em>\u00ab<\/em> <\/span>que contextualitza d\u2019una forma fidedigna all\u00f2 que estem vivint aquests dies qui t\u00e9 assignat tasques de teletreball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En resposta a la petici\u00f3 feta de participaci\u00f3 activa, la corporaci\u00f3, no nom\u00e9s ha convocat el CSS sin\u00f2 que l\u2019Oficina de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals ha enviat als delegades i delegat de prevenci\u00f3 un q\u00fcestionari d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i un informe de mesures preventives amb l&#8217;objectiu de poder-lo treballar entre tots i totes. justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Compensacions <\/strong>econ\u00f2miques per\u00a0 <strong>despeses<\/strong>\u00a0 (telef\u00f2niques, negociaci\u00f3, s\u2019incloguin compensacions per les despeses ocasionades des del comen\u00e7ament del confinament pel que fa l&#8217;\u00fas dels seus propis mitjans: de llum, aigua, ordinadors, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 de riscos laborals <\/strong>del
