DE 12 DE MAR\u00c7 DE 2020<\/u><\/strong><\/a> (DIPUTACI\u00d3)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">El Punt 5 en el apartat \u201c<em>Primer -Sobre la situaci\u00f3 d\u2019incapacitat temporal<\/em>\u201d diu: <em>Els empleats i empleades que es trobin en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019a\u00efllament amb motiu del COVID-19, <strong>mantindran, durant tot el per\u00edode en el qual romanguin en aquesta situaci\u00f3, <u>el 100%<\/u> de les seves retribucions<\/strong>. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><em>En tot cas, i d\u2019acord amb l\u2019article cinqu\u00e8 del Real Decreto-ley 6\/2020, de 10 de marzo (&#8230;) tindran la consideraci\u00f3 excepcional com situaci\u00f3 assimilada a <u>accident de treball<\/u> els <u>per\u00edodes d\u2019a\u00efllament o contagi<\/u> de les persones treballadores com conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del virus COVID-19.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diba.cat\/documents\/305407112\/0\/RealDecretoLey6_2020_MedidasUrgentesProtecionSalud.pdf\/07defb70-94c7-448c-a56d-d8e1ff0816e4\"><strong><u>DECRETO-LEY 6\/2020<\/u><\/strong><\/a> (NORMATIVA ESTATAL)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Art\u00edculo quinto, en el punt 1 diu: <em>\u201cAl objeto de proteger la salud p\u00fablica, se considerar\u00e1n, con car\u00e1cter excepcional, <strong>situaci\u00f3n asimilada a accidente de trabajo<\/strong>, exclusivamente para la prestaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de incapacidad temporal del sistema de Seguridad Social, aquellos <strong>periodos de aislamiento o contagio de las personas trabajadoras provocado por el virus COVID-19\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><a href=\"https:\/\/intradiba2.diba.cat\/documents\/28776273\/101294137\/Acord+modifica+normativa+reguladora+complement+productivitat+personal+DIBA\/70e0e671-7164-4f98-b98e-c0ec44f101ef\"><strong><u>ACORD NORMATIVA REGULADORA DEL COMPLEMENT DE PRODUCTIVITAT<\/u><\/strong><\/a><em> (29 de novembre de 2018).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Ni l\u2019article 7 a efectes del c\u00e0lcul de la <strong>productivitat mensual,<\/strong> ni l\u2019article 10 relacionat amb la productivitat anual (assidu\u00eftat) indiquen penalitzacions conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia dels accident laborals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2966 aligncenter\"
