AQUESTA CRISI HA AGAFAT DESPREVINGUDA LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 DE BARCELONA (SENSE CAP REGULACI\u00d3 NI PROVA PILOT PR\u00c8VIA), PER\u00d2 NO OBSTANT AIX\u00d2, LA PLANTILLA EST\u00c0 DEMOSTRANT ESTAR A L\u2019AL\u00c7ADA DEL REPTE DE MANTENIR ELS SERVEIS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">-13 D&#8217;ABRIL 2020-<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">La majoria del personal estem treballant a dist\u00e0ncia i CCOO no oblidem que aquesta excepcionalitat ha agafat desprevinguda a la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona. La majoria estem treballant amb mitjans propis!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">No disposem de cap regulaci\u00f3 ni s\u2019ha fet cap prova pilot, tot i les insistents demandes que CCOO diba ha fet des de fa anys (<a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/mem12-mobilitat.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a> accions 2015-2019).\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">En aquest moment, seguim demanant que el treball a dist\u00e0ncia sigui el m\u00e9s flexible possible<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>no exigint en cap cas els\u00a0nivells de rendiment que puguin originar situacions compromeses d\u2019estr\u00e8s laboral als i les treballadores atesos els molts condicionants d\u2019entorn i limitaci\u00f3 operativa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;background-color: #ffff00\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;background-color: #ffff00\">En cap cas, el nostre horari de treball domiciliari pot superar el que tenim assignat en la modalitat presencial.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">Volem con\u00e8ixer exactament quins mecanismes de \u201ccontrol\u201d s\u2019est\u00e0 utilitzant i insistir en el dret a la desconnexi\u00f3 regulat a la <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"http:\/\/noticias.juridicas.com\/base_datos\/Laboral\/632849-lo-3-2018-de-5-dic-proteccion-de-datos-personales-y-garantia-de-los-derechos.html\"><em>Llei Org\u00e0nica 3\/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y garant\u00eda de los derechos digitales<\/em><\/a> en el seu <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"http:\/\/noticias.juridicas.com\/base_datos\/Laboral\/632849-lo-3-2018-de-5-dic-proteccion-de-datos-personales-y-garantia-de-los-derechos.html#a88\"><em>article<\/em><\/a> 88.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5254 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/imatge-3-300x125.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/imatge-3-300x125.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/imatge-3-768x320.png 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/03\/imatge-3.png 825w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">\u00c9s\u00a0responsabilitat de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona\u00a0 proveir dels\u00a0mitjans necessaris\u00a0per poder\u00a0desenvolupar de\u00a0forma correcta i segura\u00a0el nostre treball des de casa. \u00c9s molt important que us familiaritzeu amb les <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.diba.cat\/documents\/112609261\/305009186\/Directrius+de+Ciberseguretat_v2.1.pdf\/40e17c28-8fa7-4103-95b5-66e8adeb8d0a\"><strong>Directrius de ciberseguretat en els sistemes corporatius de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona<\/strong><\/a>. Tamb\u00e9 i de forma complement\u00e0ria, amb tot all\u00f2 dif\u00f3s en aquest per\u00edode per la corporaci\u00f3, demanem que es publiqui un dec\u00e0leg, el m\u00e0xim de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">senzill i sint\u00e8tic<\/span> possible, en que a mode de petit manual, es resumeixi les accions que en mat\u00e8ria de seguretat i protecci\u00f3 de dades personals ha de seguir el personal de la plantilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">El\u00a0R.D. LLEI 8\/2020 permet donar per valida \u201camb car\u00e0cter excepcional\u201d,\u00a0l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3\u00a0realitzada per la pr\u00f2pia persona treballadora\u201d.
