Per tant, aquest augment ser\u00e0 efectiu a la n\u00f2mina del mes de setembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-bbefcae3 gb-headline-text\">Cal recordar, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, que previsiblement -i tal com estableix l\u2019acord subscrit amb el ministeri- a finals d\u2019anys s\u2019incrementar\u00e0 la n\u00f2mina un 0,5% m\u00e9s per tots els conceptes retributius i amb efectes, tamb\u00e9, retroactius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-58bca185 gb-headline-text\">Sense cap mena de dubte, aquest augment salarial davant la forta crisi del sistema capitalista amb l\u2019augment considerable dels preus, \u00e9s una sortida a la crisi molt diferent a la que vam patir l\u2019any 2008:&nbsp;<strong><u>una sortida a la crisi on el paper del sindicalisme de classe en la negociaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva ha donat els seus fruits i encadenem 3 anys consecutius de pujada salarial.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-9fb15973 gb-headline-text\">I no nom\u00e9s ens quedem aqu\u00ed: aquesta pujada salarial vindr\u00e0 acompanyada d\u2019altres mesures que ja estem negociant amb el ministeri i que van quedar recollides a l\u2019Acord Marc per una Administraci\u00f3 del S.XXI. Entre elles la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial per al personal funcionari. Us recordem que aquesta petici\u00f3 l\u2019hem posada sobre la taula des de CCOO, sindicat present en la negociaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-4404fc30 gb-headline-text\"><strong><u>O<strong>FERTA P\u00daBLICA. PAMO\u2019s&nbsp;2021, 2022 i 2023<\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-6bc4e391 gb-headline-text\">La setmana passada es va reunir la Comissi\u00f3 de&nbsp;PAMO&nbsp;per comen\u00e7ar a tancar les bases que regiran aquests&nbsp;processos. Com era previsible<strong><u>&nbsp;aquests tres anys s&#8217;executaran tots junts<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;i les dates que contempla Recursos Humans per a&nbsp;<strong><u>l&#8217;obertura de sol\u00b7licituds ser\u00e0 aproximadament durant els mesos de setembre-octubre<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-ea0d45e1 gb-headline-text\">Cal destacar que, ja que la llei permet&nbsp;<strong><u>incrementar el nombre de places en un 10% extra<\/u><\/strong>, des de CCOO s&#8217;ha demanat que aquest increment sigui&nbsp;<strong><u>de m\u00e0xims i es bolqui a la promoci\u00f3 interna\/reclassificacions<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;tenint en compte la important quantitat de treballadors i treballadores que han pogut estabilitzar en els darrers processos d\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 extraordinaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-ff5b385f gb-headline-text\">Des de CCOO hem demanat que es tingui especialment en compte&nbsp;<strong><u>els col\u00b7lectius de guardes forestals,&nbsp;manteniment&nbsp;forestal i vies locals<\/u><\/strong>, i que una vegada finalitzats aquests processos d&#8217;estabilitzaci\u00f3 i el conseg\u00fcent ab\u00fas de temporalitat,&nbsp;<strong><u>es faci any rere any una aposta seriosa per la promoci\u00f3 interna del personal funcionari<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-f3a48bdf gb-headline-text\"><strong><u><strong>FLEXIBILITAT HOR\u00c0RIA I CONCILIACI\u00d3. REDUCCI\u00d3 DE JORNADA.<\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-260ee637 gb-headline-text\">Des de fa algun temps des de CCOO es venen demanant solucions dels diferents col\u00b7lectius als quals no els \u00e9s possible accedir a flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria i, per tant, amb menor conciliaci\u00f3 familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-46b88bfe gb-headline-text\">Entenem que&nbsp;<strong><u>col\u00b7lectius com el de jardineria, brigades de manteniment d&#8217;edificis, i guardes forestals<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;tenen viabilitat per a poder accedir a la flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria per les seves tipologies de jornades, per la qual cosa CCOO&nbsp;<strong><u>ha demanat la seva implementaci\u00f3<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-f8a8e479 gb-headline-text\">En la resta de col\u00b7lectius presencials subjectes a torns o amb jornades especials en els quals \u00e9s mes dif\u00edcil un encaix d&#8217;aquesta flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria i que a m\u00e9s solen veure incrementades les seves jornades laborals de manera habitual, com&nbsp;<strong><u>s\u00f3n col\u00b7lectius assistencial i de biblioteques<\/u><\/strong>, CCOO presentar\u00e0 a la corporaci\u00f3 un model basat&nbsp;<strong><u>en bossa d&#8217;hores&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong>que els permeti una gesti\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria amb una&nbsp;<strong><u>major conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida familiar<\/u><\/strong>, aix\u00ed com la possibilitat si t\u00e9 viabilitat, d&#8217;accedir&nbsp;<strong><u>a almenys a un dia de teletreball<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-2c8a9292 gb-headline-text\">Tamb\u00e9 <strong><u>hem demanat aplicar una proposta de reducci\u00f3 de jornada per a empleats i empleades amb un grau de discapacitat reconeguda<\/u><\/strong>. Hem insistit en el fet que la reducci\u00f3 de jornada seria una millora substancial per als treballadors i treballadores que tenen una discapacitat reconeguda per a tot un seguit de malalties dels tipus autoimmune, fibromi\u00e0lgies, &#8230; on completar una jornada laboral se\u2019ls fa una tasca molt feixuga. La corporaci\u00f3 es compromet a revisar-ho sempre que la reducci\u00f3 de jornada vingui acompanyada per una reducci\u00f3 de les retribucions. Seguirem treballant en una proposta que pugui tenir encaix en els nostres acords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-a4d54272 gb-headline-text\"><strong><u><strong>COMPLEMENT PERILLOSITAT-PENOSITAT<\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-8702827b gb-headline-text\">Com b\u00e9 recordareu, fa m\u00e9s d\u2019un any i&nbsp; mig que vam acordar amb la corporaci\u00f3 l\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 del complement per perillositat-penositat d\u2019aquells col\u00b7lectius que, per raons de les seves tasques, tenen unes condicions de treball&nbsp; adverses.
