<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">especialment en alguns serveis<\/span>, un estil de gesti\u00f3 basat en:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Realitzar acaraments entre els treballadors\/es (quan, fins i tot, s\u00f3n situacions enquistades i conegudes pels pertinents responsables coneixen des de fa anys)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Acaraments entre treballadors\/es i usuaris\/\u00e0ries que realitzen reclamacions pels serveis rebuts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Difusi\u00f3 a tothom, amb tots els detalls, de reclamacions fetes per gent que utilitza els serveis de la Corporaci\u00f3 sense que la part de la plantilla afectada tingui cap dret a poder-se defensar o de respondre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Facilitar l\u2019anquilosament de problemes organitzatius<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Entre altres coses&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquestes formes de gestionar, sense garantir els m\u00ednims drets dels treballador\/es, produeixen diferents situacions: intimidaci\u00f3, por, angoixa, cal\u00famnies, difamaci\u00f3, etc.. que s\u00f3n elements que <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">generen ESTR\u00c8S I RISCOS PSICOSOCIALS.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Estem cansats que la Corporaci\u00f3 solament s\u00e0piga abordar l\u2019estr\u00e8s laboral i els riscos psicosocials mitjan\u00e7ant la resili\u00e8ncia (capacitat de superar l\u2019adversitat) mitjan\u00e7ant diferents t\u00e8cniques de moda com el mindfulness, el coaching, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">NO VOLEM<\/span> que la Corporaci\u00f3 se centri en culpabilitzar al treballador\/a o en aplicar t\u00e8cniques de resili\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">VOLEM<\/span> que la Corporaci\u00f3 apliqui la <strong><em>Llei de Riscos Laborals<\/em><\/strong>, publicada fa m\u00e9s de 20 anys, i que practiqui cultura preventiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">VOLEM<\/span> que les estrat\u00e8gies de la Corporaci\u00f3 es basin en modificar els entorns de treball i implantar una organitzaci\u00f3 de treball segura, NO EN ENDURIR AL TREBALLADOR\/A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Us recomanem la lectura de l\u2019entrevista a Manuel Bestrat\u00e9n (expert en seguretat laboral) sota el t\u00edtol <strong><em>Les empreses que no cuiden als seus empleats tenen els dies contats:\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><a style=\"color: #000000\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">I destaquem dos par\u00e0grafs:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 aporta la prevenci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u2013La prevenci\u00f3n bien hecha genera beneficio econ\u00f3mico. Nosotros en el instituto (INSSBT) hemos hecho estudios cient\u00edficos que demuestran la correlaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica que hay entre la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales y el nivel de excelencia empresarial y competitividad. Si se trata dignamente al trabajador, la empresa genera m\u00e1s beneficios. Hay \u00edndices de sostenibilidad que demuestran tambi\u00e9n que las empresas m\u00e1s responsables son tambi\u00e9n las que generan m\u00e1s beneficios.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>\u00bfEso c\u00f3mo se consigue?<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u2013Hay que situar el trabajador en el coraz\u00f3n de los sistemas: es lo m\u00e1s importante y valioso que hay en una empresa. Es algo que intu\u00edamos pero que afortunadamente hoy podemos medir: podemos saber si una empresa tiene futuro seg\u00fan su nivel de innovaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n permanente de los trabajadores. Otro aspecto relevante es el liderazgo. Hay que ense\u00f1ar a los mandos a dirigir, algo que en general falla en Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Davant l&#8217;actual estil de gesti\u00f3 nosaltres diem PROU!!!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">i demanem a tothom que es trobi en alguna d\u2019aquestes situacions que facin arribar les queixes per trametre les oportunes den\u00fancies o incentivar l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019expedients sancionadors<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">QUALSEVOL dubte al respecte, si
