CCOO PROPOSEM ACTE P\u00daBLIC A LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 PER VISIBILITZAR ELS CASOS DE DONES V\u00cdCTIMES DE LA VIOL\u00c8NCIA DE G\u00c8NERE<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>NOVES MESURES I MILLORES EN MAT\u00c8RIA D&#8217;IT O BAIXA<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En aquests moments, davant les propostes sindicals la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona est\u00e0 disposada a complementar les prestacions del seu personal fins arribar al <strong>100% de les retribucions<\/strong> de l\u2019empleat\/ada mentre estigui en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019Incapacitat Temporal o baixa m\u00e8dica:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Independentment de la causa d\u2019aquesta (tamb\u00e9 per a casos de qualsevol malaltia comuna)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Des del primer dia<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Sense limitaci\u00f3 en la duraci\u00f3 de la baixa.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">INDISPOSICIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">100% de les retribucions per a totes les\u00a0<em>Indisposicions<\/em>\u00a0justificades<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">100% de les retribucions per a les baixes de 24 hores per a qualsevol malaltia comuna (CCOO hem demanat que no afecti en cap cas a la percepci\u00f3 de la productivitat).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hi ha comprom\u00eds de facilitar la justificaci\u00f3 en cas d&#8217;Indisposici\u00f3. Per tant, estem pendents encara de con\u00e8ixer aquesta proposta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\">INCREMENT RETRIBUTIU ANY 2018 A LA DIPUTACI\u00d3. SITUACI\u00d3 ACTUAL DE LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">OCTUBRE 2018\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A la n\u00f2mina d\u2019octubre 2018, es veuran incrementades les retribucions del personal de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona en un percentatge entorn a l\u20191,75%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/resum-mesa-general-setembre-2018.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2632 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq-300x45.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"527\" height=\"79\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>INCREMENTS <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ADDICIONALS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La LPGE 2018 ens permet un increment addicional d&#8217;un 0,30% aplicat en alguns conceptes retributius pr\u00e8viament negociats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/resum-mesa-general-setembre-2018.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2634 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/ssssssssssssssssd-300x77.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"542\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/ssssssssssssssssd-300x77.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/ssssssssssssssssd-768x197.png 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/ssssssssssssssssd.png 811w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 542px) 100vw, 542px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>La mesura proposada per CCOO<\/strong> a la Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 ha estat aplicar aquest import al personal de <strong><u>tots els grups de classificaci\u00f3 de manera lineal<\/u><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot i que encara <u>hem d\u2019esperar les dades exactes<\/u>, i d\u2019acord amb els nostres c\u00e0lculs, aix\u00f2 suposaria per aquest 2018, entorn a 130 \u20ac\u00a0 per persona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/resum-mesa-general-setembre-2018.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2635 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/qqqqqqqqe-300x37.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"71\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">(Insistim que encara aquestes dades s\u00f3n absolutament provisional)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Quina \u00e9s la situaci\u00f3 actual?<\/strong><\/span> El que resultaria m\u00e9s senzill seria aplicar aquest increment (+0,30%) a la productivitat en un sol pagament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"> Ara b\u00e9, el que estem <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>buscant s\u00f3n formules per a que aquest increment pugui ser consolidable<\/strong><\/span> dins del marc legal. CCOO hem proposat analitzar el recent Acord del personal funcionari de la Generalitat el qual permet consolidar aquest augment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>PREMIS PER ANYS DE SERVEI\/MILLORA SOCIAL PER EDAT<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Seguim treballant la proposta de Millora Social per Edat. Entenem que en breu ja podrem tenir un text definitiu. Com ja sabeu, la nostra intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s portar-lo en assemblea per poder-lo explicar amb detall i sometre&#8217;l a votaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">(<a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/premis-per-anys-de-servei-situacio-actual-de-la-negociacio-octubre-2018-copy\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Cliqueu per a m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>SITUACI\u00d3 PERSONAL PA<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;analitzar la documentaci\u00f3 relacionada amb les retribucions d&#8217;aquest personal, arribem a la conclusi\u00f3 que l&#8217;informaci\u00f3 entregada \u00e9s absolutament insuficient. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Per exemple, ens falta els items dels valors dels factors i subfactors dels quadres de refer\u00e8ncia entre altres coses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A m\u00e9s, si el que es proposa es un augment en el complement espec\u00edfic, no entenem perqu\u00e8 no es modifica tamb\u00e9 el complement de dest\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Us recordem que CCOO fa mesos que exigim una equiparaci\u00f3 de condicions amb l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 General de l&#8217;Estat respecte al complement de dest\u00ed d&#8217;alguns subgrups de classificaci\u00f3 entre ells el subgrup AP (antic grup E). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, no poden haver excuses per no situar en el nivell 10 el dest\u00ed, no nom\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest personal sino de tots els del subgrup AP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(<a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/pujar-nivell-minim-dels-grups-a1-a2-i-ap\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Cliqueu per veure que suposaria aquesta equipaci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aix\u00ec doncs, CCOO hem demanat que es pacti un full de ruta que permeti realitzar Valoracions de LLocs de Treball (VLLT) col\u00b7lectiu a col\u00b7lectiu fins a complementar-los tots. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hi ha dues raons importants per agafar aquest comprom\u00eds:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">S&#8217;ha de tenir en compte que la gran majoria de llocs de treball porten m\u00e9s de 30 anys sense cap nova valoraci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">I l&#8217;actual Llei de Pressupostos no limita els possibles augment econ\u00f2mics fruit de VLLT.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">25
