SITUACI\u00d3 ACTUAL DE LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">OCTUBRE 2018\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La negociaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest tema est\u00e0 for\u00e7a avan\u00e7ada. Nom\u00e9s quedaria rebre resposta de la proposta conjunta presentada per CCOO i CGT relacionada amb els QADs* en el sentit que nom\u00e9s ens afectin les penalitzacions del 100% si hi ha dues avaluacions inferiors a l\u2019adequada <u>consecutives<\/u> (enlloc d\u2019una en els dos anys anteriors com proposa la corporaci\u00f3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Recordeu que la revisi\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta paga t\u00e9 la mateixa premissa: tot i ser dret vigent, la <em>Intervenci\u00f3<\/em> de la Diputaci\u00f3 exigeix que es revisi tenint en compte l\u2019Informe de la Sindicatura de Comptes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem de tenir en compte que en aquest cas, <strong>la condici\u00f3<\/strong> era que la paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat, en tant que \u00e9s productivitat, ha de respondre a una avaluaci\u00f3. Per tant, <strong>havia d\u2019estar relacionada necess\u00e0riament al nostre sistema de QADs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La nostra productivitat es fa efectiva mensualment i anualment (paga assidu\u00eftat o de Sant Jordi). Respecte a la productivitat mensual, un QAD negatiu ha suposat des de sempre perdre-la (penalitzaci\u00f3 del 100%). Ara b\u00e9, la productivitat anual (paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat) no ha estat mai relacionada amb els QADs sin\u00f3 principalment amb el nombre d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Veure el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intradiba.diba.cat\/web\/recursos-humans\/normativa-reguladora-del-complement-de-productivitat\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">https:\/\/intradiba.diba.cat\/web\/recursos-humans\/normativa-reguladora-del-complement-de-productivitat<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, la negociaci\u00f3 actual inclou la condici\u00f3 que els QADs afectin no nom\u00e9s la productivitat mensual sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat. En aquest sentit, hem fet propostes per a que l\u2019afectaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica sigui per aquesta paga la m\u00ednima possible (20%). A m\u00e9s de demanar que es rebaixi la penalitzaci\u00f3 del 100 % en cas de QAD negatiu a la productivitat mensual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Heu de recordar que d\u2019acord amb l\u2019actual normativa, la productivitat tamb\u00e9 la tenim penalitzada d\u2019acord amb els dies que prestem servei durant l\u2019any anterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">En aquest sentit, <strong><u>hem fet propostes de millores que han estat acceptades <\/u><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">(CLIQUEU SOBRE LA IMATGE PER AMPLIAR):<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/productivitat-2.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2623 econ\u00f2mica de la paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat (paga d\u2019abril) del 20% s\u2019introdueix moltes altres millores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem demanat tamb\u00e9 que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es reactivi la comissi\u00f3 mediadora que inclou la regulaci\u00f3 del sistema d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de QADs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es convoqui als sindicats a una reuni\u00f3 per introduir millores que donin\u00a0 les m\u00e0ximes garanties al personal en cas d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 negativa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que es doni formaci\u00f3 als avaluadors\/es<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que es notifiqui anualment i de manera sistem\u00e0tica els resultats de les avaluacions a tots els empleats<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a
