Aquest reglament donar\u00e0 seguretat jur\u00eddica a totes i tots nosaltres i garantir\u00e0 els drets de les persones treballadores que s\u2019acullin volunt\u00e0riament al teletreball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Com b\u00e9 sabeu, es van iniciar uns treballs d\u2019estudi per a la implantaci\u00f3 del teletreball a la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona i aquests s\u2019estan culminant en aquesta negociaci\u00f3. Dir-vos que des de CCOO creiem que estem treballant en una bona l\u00ednia i en breu us en podrem donar m\u00e9s detalls.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">A m\u00e9s, tal i com marcava la legislaci\u00f3 vigent, l\u2019acord de teletreball havia d\u2019entrar en vigor el passat 1 d\u2019abril per\u00f2 com encara est\u00e0vem treballant en aquest reglament, vam signar un acord de transici\u00f3, CCOO i UGT amb la corporaci\u00f3, per tal d\u2019establir un r\u00e8gim transitori per dotar-nos de cobertura jur\u00eddica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Comentar-vos que, davant la previsi\u00f3 que l\u2019estat d\u2019alarma decaigui, <strong><u><span style=\"color: #000000\">el nostre<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/nou-protocol-versio-mes-senzilla-2-2\/\">protocol<\/a><\/span><\/u><\/strong> de mesures de prevenci\u00f3 de COVID de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, <strong><u>seguir\u00e0 vigent mentre continu\u00ef l\u2019actual situaci\u00f3 de pand\u00e8mia<\/u><\/strong>. Per tant, aquelles persones que esteu treballant en remot, seguireu en aquesta situaci\u00f3 aix\u00ed com tota la resta de mesures establertes en el protocol (horari m\u00e0xim d\u2019hores de
