Per tant, <strong><u>aconseguim el que creiem que era de just\u00edcia<\/u><\/strong>: era inadmissible \u201ccastigar\u201d a les persones pel fet de presentar una demanda judicial.\u00a0 El decret del mes de juliol de 2019 deia literalment que \u201c<em>la resoluci\u00f3 de la millora ara sol\u00b7licitada resta condicionat a la resoluci\u00f3 en via judicial dels processos engegats contra la Diputaci\u00f3<\/em>\u201d (<span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/ccoo-exigim-fer-efectiu-lacord-de-millora-social\/\">Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span> per veure comunicat)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Mitjan\u00e7ant el nostre document \u201c<em><strong>PROPOSTA SINDICAL DE CCOO PER A LA MILLORA DE LES CONDICIONS DE TREBALL DEL PERSONAL DE LA DIPUTACI\u00d3. MANDAT 2019-2023<\/strong><\/em>, al punt 11 vam denunciar que no els paguessin la millora complement\u00e0ria exigint un canvi de criteri a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La Presidenta de la Diputaci\u00f3, l&#8217;11 de juliol de 2019 (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/ccoo-demanem-reunio-amb-la-nova-presidenta\/\">cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span> per veure la informaci\u00f3)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Presentant recurs de reposici\u00f3 com a secci\u00f3 sindical, a m\u00e9s de posar a disposici\u00f3 recursos per al personal afectat, el 2 d&#8217;agost de 2019 (<span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/ccoo-presentem-recurs-administratiu-contra-limpagament-de-les-millores-socials-per-edat-2\/\">cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span> per a veure la informaci\u00f3).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La reuni\u00f3 amb el Diputat de l\u2019\u00c0rea de RH, el Sr. Carlos Ruiz, al Diputat adjunt, al Coordinador de RH i a la Directora de RH, el 2 i 24 d&#8217;octubre de 2019 (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/novetats-cursos-ccoo-diba-per-loferta-publica-docupacio-de-la-diputacio-2016-i-2017-3-2\/\">cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/a> <\/span>per a veure la informaci\u00f3).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tothom recorda el perqu\u00e8 es va negociar aquesta <em>Millora Social Complement\u00e0ria per edat<\/em> i en quines circumst\u00e0ncies (<span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/mem09-premis_per_anys.pdf\">Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span> per ampliar informaci\u00f3). Despr\u00e9s de la signatura del nou acord, no es podien imposar unes restriccions \u201cpreventives\u201d unilateralment i no contemplades a l\u2019acord.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Al desembre de 2019 ja ens van informar que tenien la intenci\u00f3 d\u2019atendre \u201cparcialment\u201d la nostra reivindicaci\u00f3 (<span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2019\/12\/MILLORA-SOCIAL-COMPLEMENT%C3%80RIA-PER-EDAT-2020-canvi-de-criteri.pdf\">Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span> per llegir comunicat).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: #ffff00\">Finalment, a la Comissi\u00f3 de Millores Socials del dia 23 de gener, ens acabem d\u2019informar que en aquest moment <strong>ja est\u00e0 en tr\u00e0mit un decret per pagar a TOTHOM la <em>Millora Social per Edat<\/em> denegades<\/strong> (pels motius exposats en aquesta nota informativa) dels exercicis corresponents a <strong>l\u2019anualitat 2018<\/strong> (despesa 2017) i <strong>l\u2019anualitat 2019<\/strong> (despesa 2018).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, mostrem la nostra satisfacci\u00f3 per aquest canvi de criteri per part de la corporaci\u00f3.
